The Triangle of Disease and Health Reversal
While diseases appear different on the surface, they share the same underlying mechanisms: cellular deterioration and chronic inflammation. These don’t arise randomly. They grow from common root causes—the “soil” in which illness takes hold. Based on decades of clinical experience, this process follows a predictable three-step sequence called The Triangle of Disease, which underlies virtually all chronic conditions.
Point A begins in the digestive tract. Early-life factors such as C-sections, lack of breastfeeding, antibiotics, and poor diet disrupt the microbiome and weaken immune function. This breakdown sets the stage for Point B: blood sugar dysregulation. Repeated spikes and crashes force the body into constant metabolic emergencies. Over time, this chronic stress activates Point C: the cortisol system. Persistently elevated stress hormones suppress thyroid function, slow healing, and deepen systemic dysfunction.
Modern medicine often treats symptoms at the surface, but true healing requires restoring balance at the root.
