Honestly though… this space has become exactly that for me. A space with room for healing, connection, growth, nervous system support, laughter, tears, deep conversations, quiet moments, and people coming home to themselves in their own way.

Inside these walls I’ve had the honor of offering:

One of the most meaningful things clients tell me is that this space “feels like home.” And I know home can mean something completely different for every single person. For some, it’s peace. For others, it’s safety, exhaling fully, being seen, not needing to perform, or finally feeling supported and held.

That’s always my intention here. Not perfection. Not pressure. Just creating a space where your nervous system can soften enough for you to reconnect with yourself.

I know this might be controversial to some people, but one of the most beautiful parts of this work for me is that many of my clients, mentees, and students eventually become genuine friendships in my life 🤍

When you hold space with someone so deeply… when you witness their grief, growth, healing, breakthroughs, fears, magic, and becoming… it’s hard not to build real connection. We are human beings before anything else. And I truly believe the human experience is rooted in relationship, community, and being seen.

There is something so sacred about being trusted with someone’s heart, their story, their healing, and their unfolding. To sit with someone in the rawness of life and remind them they don’t have to carry it alone. That will never feel transactional to me.

And while many people thank me for helping guide or support them, I don’t think they always realize how much they’ve supported me too.

My clients, students, and community have helped me heal in ways they may never fully understand. Through your vulnerability, your trust, your honesty, your resilience, your humor, your openness, and simply your presence… you have poured back into me too 🫶

I am endlessly grateful for every soul that has crossed paths with me in this space. Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you for even a small part of your journey. It is an honor I never take lightly ✨

Hiking with an herbalist basically turns into a magical plant lesson 🌱And honestly? I love every second of it. Getting to slow down, observe what’s naturally growing around us, and learn the holistic, energetic, and practical uses of the earth from someone so deeply knowledgeable is such a gift 🥰

Isabel and I finally got to spend intentional time together in person again, and it filled my heart in the best way. We’ve shared so many wild spiritual experiences together, held space in workshops and retreats, witnessed deep healing, and supported others as they explored their own connection and magic ✨

She is truly one of my most trusted and magical friends. Someone whose heart, integrity, ethics, education, and devotion to this work radiates through everything she does!

From Reiki, herbalism, and death doula work, to simply being a safe, grounding, loving human… the support Isabel offers is out of this world! And I’m so beyond grateful to walk this lifetime beside her 🥹

Two weeks from now, I’ll be ringing in a whole new decade… 40 🤓

And I’ve found myself really wanting to soak in these last two weeks of being 39.

As I’m writing this, I know that might sound silly to some people, but I’ve always treated decades like eras. Different chapters. Different versions of myself. Different lessons. Different kinds of healing, becoming, unraveling, and rebuilding.

My 30s taught me so much.

How to truly know myself.
How to trust my intuition.
How to grieve versions of myself I outgrew.
How to soften without abandoning myself.
How to hold joy and heartbreak at the same time.
How to come home to who I actually am.

And honestly… my teenage heart feels really full lately.

I just got back from seeing a band whose music I was listening to 21 years ago, and I got to experience it with a sweet friend who surprised me with tickets. There was something so healing and beautiful about sharing a moment that lit up the younger versions of ourselves ♥️

The nostalgia.
The music.
The appreciation.
The being fully present.

It reminded me how special it is to find people who awaken joy in the parts of you that still feel young, hopeful, emotional, and alive 🥰

This past weekend, I had the absolute honor of being part of Adaptive Night at Denver Fashion Week alongside the incredible community at Guided By Humanity ♥️

I’m still sitting with so much gratitude for every person, every conversation, every designer, every model, every volunteer, every moment backstage, and every ounce of care that filled that space.

Eight adaptive designers and models brought those creations to life on the runway! Watching everyone get their hair and makeup done, helping each other prepare, hyping each other up backstage, sharing stories, laughing, supporting one another, and witnessing so much authentic representation and joy in one room was something I’ll never forget 🥹

As someone living with multiple brain injuries and a cervical spine injury, spaces like this hold deep meaning for me personally. Having invisible disabilities can come with a unique experience where people may not immediately see or understand what your body and nervous system carry day to day. Communities like this have been one of the biggest anchors in my own healing, self-acceptance, and understanding that disability does not have one look.

I am endlessly grateful to work with Guided By Humanity as their Office Manager and Social Media Manager and to be surrounded by humans who are actively creating more inclusive, accessible, and supportive spaces for disabled individuals and the disability community as a whole!

Thank you to everyone who made Adaptive Night what it was. The love, care, accessibility, creativity, and community in that room was palpable.

My heart is so full ♥️

Last week, my beautiful friend Alex graduated from Sound Healing Fundamentals Level 1 and Tuning Forks Level 2! But more than that… Alex has been my Reiki teacher, my guiding light, and such a steady anchor throughout my journey ♥️

She is one of the most kind, thoughtful, and deeply empathetic humans… always leading with her heart. As a gifted hairstylist, Reiki Master Teacher and now a Sound Healer, she brings intention and care into every space she touches ✨

I’m beyond excited to see her begin weaving tuning forks into her sessions! Every alignment I’ve received from her has been incredibly supportive and transformative 🥰
