✨Body Mind Spirit 2026 highlights✨

Sometimes spirit reminds you to just be and in the moment, to be present! Also the message of how everything is temporary.

We can be floating with the breeze like a bubble is a way to bring more peace into one’s life.

Friday started out with a beautiful sound healing, where it was raining during and as it was coming to a close a beautiful rainbow appeared! 🌈 Soo amazing and the brightest I had ever seen!

Saturday and Sunday we had The Spirit Park, So many magical moments happened! I was given the opportunity to have a DJ set each day, I also booked the artists and yoga teachers for each class.

We had a lot of fun activities like putting a ribbon on the tree, co****le, & fairy matching card game!

So overjoyed for the experience and everyone had a wonderful time! Infinite gratitude goes to Body Mind Spirit Expo 💓

This Full Moon and partial Lunar Eclipse invite us to slow down, reflect, and ask ourselves what we’re truly ready to let go of.

Not everything we’ve carried is meant to come with us into the next chapter. 🤍

Find a quiet space, light a candle (optional), and take a few deep breaths.

Journal on:

What was hiding in the shadows that is now surfacing that wants to be let go of?
What no longer feels aligned for me?

When you’re finished, place your hands over your heart. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, visualize releasing what you’re ready to let go of.

✨ Affirmation:

I am willing to let go of what no longer aligns with me. (willingness is key)
I trust what is leaving,
and I make space for what is unfolding.
