WE DID IT!!!!!!
Twenty-six months of unwavering dedication have led to a resounding success! Our team's unrelenting passion and commitment to excellence have made all the difference. After what felt like an eternity, the state surveyors arrived this past Monday, and their departure yesterday marked the end a significant chapter. We're overjoyed to announce that we received only 4 tags, a remarkable achievement given the state average in Colorado stands at 9 to 13. Our hard work and perseverance paid off, and this outstanding result is a tribute to our manager, staff, nurse leadership, therapy leadership, dietary team, case management, housekeeping, our therapist, nurses, CNA‘s and our Executive Director!!!
The Center At Lowry, we've done it! I'm incredibly proud of each and every team member. Heartfelt congratulations to the team!
