Short nails. High standards. These hands have a fully booked schedule to get to 💅😂

10/22/2026

A little reminder: you can have a booked-out schedule without posting every single day. 🤍

I post when I have the energy, when I have something to share, or when I just want to have fun—and I’m still booked out two months in advance.

If your goal is a huge following, your approach might look different. For me, it’s about showing up as myself, connecting with people, and building genuine relationships with the clients who come see me.

Let your personality show. Make the silly video. Take a break when you need one. Social media doesn’t have to feel like another full-time job.

You can take your business seriously and still have fun here. ✨

Tell a friend to tell a friend… it’s time to book your massage 👻💆‍♀️ Spooky season is back, and those knots are still haunting you.

Don’t ghost your massage therapist. DM me to book! 🖤

Hoping my hands remember because my brain has left the chat. 😂

The consultation starts immediately. How did you find me? Who sent you? What are your intentions? 😂🔎

On a serious note, I take my profession VERY seriously. I will not book or continue working with anyone who makes me feel uncomfortable at any point. My safety and boundaries come first.

Drop it like it’s hot… and by “it,” I mean those shoulders 😂 Unclench your jaw, take a breath, and let them come down.

37 things I’ve learned in 37 years 🤍

Some the hard way. Some I’m still working on.

1. You can start over more than once.
2. Being needed isn’t the same as being loved.
3. You can love someone and still tell them no.
4. My body deserves kindness at every size.
5. Losing 100 pounds doesn’t magically fix how you see yourself.
6. Strength feels better than chasing a smaller number.
7. Rest doesn’t have to be earned.
8. Sometimes you need a walk. Sometimes you need a nap.
9. The dog is almost always right about needing another walk.
10. You’re allowed to change your mind.
11. Marrying your best friend still means having hard conversations.
12. People can love you and still need you to explain what you need.
13. An apology means more when something changes.
14. You can be happy with your life and overwhelmed by it.
15. Asking for help doesn’t make you less capable.
16. Having boundaries takes practice.
17. You don’t have to turn every hobby into a side hustle.
18. A full schedule isn’t always a good schedule.
19. Work can be meaningful and still wear you out.
20. Saying no to a good opportunity can be the right decision.
21. You can care for someone without taking responsibility for every choice they make.
22. Guilt doesn’t always mean you’ve done something wrong.
23. Grief can begin while someone is still here.
24. Humor has a place even in the hardest seasons.
25. Take the pictures. Get in them, too.
26. Ask your parents about their lives.
27. Ordinary days with your people are worth remembering.
28. Being present doesn’t mean being available 24/7.
29. Sometimes dinner is snacks.
30. Your hormones can make everything feel like a personal attack.
31. You’re allowed to enjoy your life while going through something painful.
32. Time with my sister is something I’ll never take for granted.
33. A sunset is usually worth stopping for.
34. The version of me who survived deserves some credit.
35. I don’t have to have everything figured out to enjoy where I am.
36. There’s still so much I want to try.
37. I’m glad I get to keep getting older.

Here’s to 37. More memories, more laughter, and being a little gentler with myself. 🤍
