Some people talk about aging boldly. Barbara Johnson steps up to the plate and proves it. 🥎🍑

At 92, our Hilltop Reserve resident is the oldest player on the Colorado Peaches, and her love for the game is as strong as ever. We’re incredibly proud to see Barbara featured by Rocky Mountain PBS in this wonderful story celebrating the team’s 35th anniversary.

The Colorado Peaches is recognized as the oldest women’s softball team in the country, with members from their 60s to their 90s. This socialized exercise is crucial to maintaining their brain health.

What a groovy day for an incredible cause! ☮️🎶

Our Woodstock fundraiser brought the music, the outfits and so much community spirit. A huge thank-you to everyone who showed up, joined the fun, donated and helped make today one to remember!

The most exciting part? Together, we’ve already raised more than $10,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association! We’re beyond grateful for everyone who helped us reach this incredible milestone and proud to keep the momentum going. 💜

We brought the farmers market right to our Monarch House neighborhood. 🌻

Residents spent the afternoon browsing colorful displays, picking out their favorites, and enjoying all the sights, conversations, and little discoveries that come with a trip to the market.

Sometimes the best experiences are the ones we can bring right to their doorstep.
