Most people understand why a car needs an alignment.

If the alignment is off, the tires wear out faster. Parts break down sooner. Fuel efficiency drops.

Nobody waits until the tire falls off to get it checked.

But when it comes to their own body?

Headaches. Stiff neck. Low energy. Poor sleep. Aching back.

Many people assume it's just part of getting older.

Your body has its own alignment system. And when it's off, the effects often show up long before pain becomes impossible to ignore.

The question isn't "Does it hurt enough yet?"

The question is: How much unnecessary wear and tear is happening while you wait?

Pain is usually the last signal, not the first.

Your spine gives you warning signs before things gets serious...most people just don't know what to look for.

Save this and check how many apply to you. If it's 3 or more, it's time to get your spine checked.

Most people define health by one question:
"Do I feel okay?"

But health is so much bigger than that.

Are you sleeping well?
Do you have energy throughout the day?
Can you do the things you love without limitation?
Do you recover well from physical and emotional stress?

Waiting until something hurts often means you've been overlooking smaller signs for quite some time.

True health isn't simply avoiding symptoms.

It's having the energy, resilience, and capacity to fully engage in life.

You wake up tired, even after a full night's sleep.

Your shoulders always feel tight.

You catch yourself rubbing your neck throughout the day.

You stretch. You get a massage. You buy a new pillow.

It helps for a little while, but somehow you always end up right back where you started.

So you tell yourself it's normal.

You're getting older.

You're busy.

You spend too much time at a desk.

You spend too much time in the car.

Maybe that's true.

But have you ever stopped to wonder whether you've simply gotten used to feeling that way?

One of the most common things we hear from people is:

"I thought this was just part of life."

Until something changes and they realize how much energy they were spending pushing through discomfort every day.

The body is remarkably good at keeping you moving forward.

Which is why how you feel and how you're functioning aren't always the same thing.

That's what makes this scan so interesting.

It measures aspects of nervous system function, giving us a window into how efficiently the brain and body are communicating.

Not whether you're healthy or unhealthy.

Not whether something is "wrong."

Just information.

And sometimes that information helps explain why someone feels exactly the way they've been feeling for months or even years.

Most people have no idea this can be measured.

That's usually the part that surprises them most.

Have you ever assumed something was normal, only to realize later it wasn't?

Your spine doesn't suddenly change at 70.

It changes through thousands of small choices made over decades.

How much you move.
How often you sit.
Whether you build strength.
Whether you maintain mobility.
Whether you pay attention to your posture.

Most people don't notice the change because it happens slowly.

A little stiffness.
A little less mobility.
A little more forward head posture.

Then one day they wonder where it all went.

The good news?

Small positive habits compound too.

Your future spine is being built today.

Which future are you investing in?

Most people think the spine only matters when they have back pain.

But your spinal cord runs through your spine and serves as the main communication pathway between your brain and body.

That's one reason chiropractors pay so much attention to spinal health, posture, and movement; not just symptoms.

When people ask why I look beyond the area that hurts, this is why.

It's about function, not just pain.

What surprised you most about this? 👇

When he says his back is "fine".

Meanwhile, moves like this🙄

Low back pain? Stiff back? Hunched over after standing, yard work, or sitting too long?

At this point...it's chiropractor time.

Tag the person who swears they're fine while moving like this.

Yesterday we talked about how LOW BACK PAIN often comes from one side of the core being weaker than the other 👀

So if your side plank test exposed a weak side… here are 3 common mistakes we see ALL the time that can actually make low back pain worse instead of helping.

A stronger core can absolutely help with posture, stability, and back pain relief BUT only if you’re doing the right thing.

Be honest… which mistake were you making?

Low back pain after being on your feet all weekend?👀

One thing we see ALL the time with back pain, is one side of the core is working way harder than the other.

Try the test and tell me: which side was harder for you LEFT or RIGHT?

And before you start doing side planks nonstop...we'll cover the 3 mistakes tomorrow.
