Try one step tonight! Give the words, play a short role-play, or teach a quiet signal. When kids feel safe asking, they practice trying again.

3 steps:
• Give the words: “I’m stuck.” / “Can you help me for one minute?”
• Practice with play: make asking a short game.
• Teach a quiet signal: a hand on heart, a card, or a thumbs-up.

✨ This weekend, Rooted Rhythm joined the Healthy Kids Expo in Lakewood — a celebration of sports, fun, and wellness for families across the Denver metro area!

The event, hosted by the Gold Crown Foundation, welcomed hundreds of kids who got to try out over 30 activities — from basketball drills with the Denver Nuggets Academy 🏀, to YMCA aquatic obstacle courses 🌊, a Wondergym, and so much more.

We loved being part of an event that puts healthy living, connection, and play at the center of family life. 💙
