Before you skipped this thinking "I don't have time"
➡️ I am NOT a 20-something influencer telling you "we all have the same 24 hours."
We don't. And I know that firsthand.
There was a version of me (single, no kid, all the time in the world) who found discipline easy. Early mornings, workouts, "all the things", it wasn't hard, because I had the time and, honestly, the motivation.
That version of me doesn't exist anymore.
Today I have a full-time job, a business, and a daughter who needs me. Some days I'm running on fumes. Motivation? I don't have it anymore. Most days I don't feel like doing a single thing on this list.
But I still do them.
Not because I found more time. Not because I suddenly feel motivated. I do them because I stopped waiting to feel like it, and just started showing up. For my health, for my daughter, for my body.
Here's what I actually believe: most of you already know what to do. The boring basics haven't changed. You're not missing information.
What's missing is the belief that there are two kinds of people: the ones with time and motivation, and everyone else (the tired, the busy, the maxed-out). And if you think you're in that second group, you've decided this isn't possible for you.
It is possible. But it's not a time problem or a motivation problem.
➡️ It has to be a mindset shift.
You do it tired. You do it without wanting to. You do it imperfectly. That's the whole secret - there isn't one.
To help you put things in place, I will share an exercise I do with my clients.
Comment "WORKBOOK" and I'll send it to you!
