Structural integration is not a massage, and that trips people up.

It works with fascia, the connective tissue wrapping your muscles, joints, and organs. Years of sitting, training, and old injuries teach fascia to hold patterns that pull you out of alignment. Structural integration works those deeper layers to change the pattern instead of quieting the symptom.

People come to it when chronic tension keeps returning to the same spot no matter how many massages they get. If that sounds familiar, this is the conversation to have.

"Erin was amazing! I felt super refreshed and relaxed after my full body massage with more focus on the upper body. I feel like they used the time to the fullest and divided the time well, as I didn't feel any part of my body was neglected while also felt extra time was spent on upper body as asked and needed. They ensured to ask how the pressure was and increased the perfect amount when asked as well. 10/10 recommend!" says Serena on Google

Voting for Best of the Front Range closed August 28, and we want to say thank you.

Getting nominated in Beauty and Fitness by The Denver Post means people took a minute out of their day, every day, to type in our name. That is not a small thing for a studio our size.

However it shakes out, we are grateful. Thank you for showing up for us.

September is Pain Awareness Month, so here is an honest take.
Massage is not a cure for chronic pain. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
What it does do is real. It eases the muscle guarding that builds up around a painful area, improves circulation, and gives your nervous system a break from running on alert. For people managing back pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, or an old injury, that often adds up to better sleep and more usable hours in the day.
Tell your therapist what is going on. Pressure, positioning, and session length all get adjusted around it.

"I had a great massage from Toby at the new Lakewood location. It was my first time at Renew and the facility it clean and very nicely set up. The room was welcoming, yet simple. Toby was relaxing, clear and communicated just enough to create a great massage without too much conversation. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back!" says Juliana on Google
