We’re super excited to welcome Ana Guthrie, RN, BSN, LCCE | Colorado Childbirth Education to collab on a class focused on preparing your mind and body for an unmedicated or low-intervention birth. Learn and ask questions of experienced L&D childbirth nurse educator and pelvic floor PT. Come ready to combine practice and visualization to help you meet your baby - and your goals along the way!

While this class is aimed at unmedicated or low-intervention births, all are welcome - including those who just want to learn more!

Meet Dr. Taryn McMorrow, PT, DPT! ✨

Taryn joined Sage this summer after moving to Denver from Arizona, bringing with her years of experience treating both pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions - and she has fit into our team so seamlessly that it already feels like she’s been here forever.

Taryn is an excellent clinician with a matter-of-fact, down-to-earth approach that makes even complicated or uncomfortable topics feel approachable. She’s thoughtful, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable, while still being the kind of person you immediately feel comfortable around.

And beyond being a fantastic PT, she’s brought such a fun, fresh energy to the clinic. We feel very lucky that Colorado - and Sage - got her.

🎉 Three years of building the kind of clinic we used to wish existed 🎉

A place where patients feel heard, supported, and never rushed. Where evidence-based care, genuine compassion, and clinical curiosity all coexist. A place built around the belief that people deserve better when it comes to pelvic floor physical therapy.

Three years later, we’re incredibly grateful that this dream has become a reality - and even more grateful to the patients, providers, and community who have made it possible!!

Shoutout to the best team of wonderful women who have been there every step of the way, building together. This third year has been one of changes, of challenges, of upgrades, and celebrations. We’re 100% better together.

Big news! ✨ Sage Physical Therapy has officially moved into a new home in Platt Park.

We’re still in the neighborhood we love - just a block from Lavender Coffee - but now with more room to grow, more space for our patients, and plenty of good vibes. 🌿

This move marks a huge milestone for our little clinic. What started as a one-room dream has continued to grow thanks to this incredible community, and we’re so excited for this next chapter.

More treatment rooms. More opportunities. More ways to serve our patients.

Here’s to leveling up while staying rooted right where we belong. 💚

We’re celebrating a big milestone for the practice today! We just hit 100 five-star reviews on Google, and while we are so excited, we are also so thankful.

Navigating pelvic health can be overwhelming. It’s a specialized field, and it’s often difficult to know who to trust with such personal challenges. We hear from patients all the time that they weren’t sure where to turn until they read about someone else’s experience.
