Disgusting! It’s such a shame after all of these years the gf community still hasn’t gotten a food education and chooses gross ultra processed crap made from terrible ingredients. Where is the parenting? You have a second chance in life by knowing to avoid gluten and you should choose to learn about ingredients, cooking, baking and sourcing high quality ingredients to live a long healthy life. Instead, this is another horrifying food decision. This is why I don’t trust or dine with gluten free consumers who are clueless in life.

Never a big fan. But I know a lot of people in the community are jonesing for these things. So keeping my eye open. Not my area just yet.

Get yourself in the ocean as many days in a row that you can! Daily soaking in ocean's salt water will do amazing for your skin, hair and overall health. Just go and do it! Tip: bring home ocean water in a jug and use it regularly on your parts that need TLC. Healing power of ocean's salt water is real Gluten Free G approved :)

It is difficult not to choose artificial food, beverages and treats. Everything in America is likely made with artificial and chemicals that FDA might have approved. Ugh! The colors are pink, teal, and other eye candy. So fake yet enticing. But, real food tastes real. Not high and fake. So even though the flavor might appear to be limited it’s a real flavor. Go get it 😋. Enjoy it.
