Walking back to my car after yoga on the rocks, I overheard someone whisper, “It’s time to let go” so I turned, said “Exhale,” and we all did.

Then I did that loud, silly yoga release~the big AHHHHH and we laughed because only yogis would appreciate that. 🫶💨

I woke up at 2:22 this morning, where my spirit said, “This is the day you opened up So You Boutique in 2003 in Springfield, Missouri.” 🌙

I wouldn’t have realized this had I not listened to the podcast that just went live yesterday with my planning coach, Mia Moran. 🎧

In it I tell the story of how I started and my journey through it all to now, where slowness is my answer and part of my evolution. 🐢

So You Boutique has had MANY shifts to evolve to where it is today.

I am thankful for all those that were part of this journey. Who I am today is because of you and your energy. 🙏

When I first started I had no funds, no experience, no business plan.

I’d never officially recommend funding the way I did as a business plan ~ let’s just say the early days were scrappy in ways I still shake my head at. 😅 Luckily I didn’t get put in jail and the guy is now a doctor and happily married with 2 kids living in California!

Seriously, the longest journey is the journey from your head to your heart, and I’m doing business now with heart and healing and not hustle. ❤️‍🩹

I know that the pauses are where the power is. I know that rest is where the power is to make my ex*****on more powerful. I don’t have to know. I just have to trust and I trust that I know.

Stillness remembers, hurry, forgets 🙏

Softness remembers, hardness forgets 🌸

Surrender members, fear forgets 🌊

Love, remembers doubt forgets 💞

You don’t have to be a camel ~ it’s okay to be a hummingbird. 🐦✨

I have bursts of fluttering energy and then I need to rest, because if I don’t I’m no good to anyone (including myself). This may be the answer that you need today for your recovery and healing allow allowing yourself to rest is a priority, ESPECIALLY to those that are givers.

Rest is power ~ when you’re rested you move with clarity, confidence and ease: slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Don’t compare your behind-the-scenes battery to someone else’s highlight reel ~that 60% at 9am is your cue to listen. 🔋💫
