The yoga studio is led by long-time DTC yogis, Karey and Matt Goebel and a team of Colorado’s most beloved yoga teachers. Whether you are a brand-new beginner yoga student, an advanced yogi, or something in-between, ONE Yoga has the perfect class to help you get flexible, strong and centered. ONE Yoga provides more than 20 great yoga classes each week! Plus we offer Denver’s best Yoga Teacher Trainings. We offer heated power yoga and unheated traditional hatha yoga. So you can choose to sweat and groove. Or you can slow things down and quiet your mind, and even learn to meditate. We are thrilled to move our studio to the world class Lion’s Den Training facility.

It’s here!!! We have walls and structure and a vision of what it’s gonna look like in our new space. And it’s so exciting.

Count down begins…we should be in around July 6…ironically the same date we opened our castle rock studio 7 year ago. 🧐🤩👏🏻🧘👊🏻

You can’t see it fully yet, but I can! And this space is going to be AMAZING! I can’t wait to move in with you all in the next 5-6 weeks!!! EEEKKK

AND we have sliding doors now for the outdoor patio space…and I’ll have a little office to work there during the week so I can see you more, be closer and add a class or two to the tech center schedule.

Stay tuned for some amazing intro package options, founding membership options and a new schedule! Oh…and did I mention. Heating panels? YYYYAAAASSSS

Jenn’s class is literally for anyone…it’s such a great way to explore, be still, take child’s pose…add some heat to your practice or cool it down. So grateful to be back in studio these last few months and looking forward to more space this summer as we get ready to see our new space!

Here…we…go!

I know many of you were hoping for a space sooner…welp, that is the reality of construction. Design approval, permits, city/county approvals…and then construction can start. We’re here now and it should move pretty fast…still targeting a move in of late June.

Thank you so much for being here, for supporting us this far and a hanging in there…

Concrete poured, plumbing repairs approved, wood framing dropped, metal framing coming tomorrow and we are off to the races to get this location ready for move in late June.

I know it feels like the slow race, but we’re in it to win it and we’re almost there!

Jenn’s class on Sundays at 10:30am…we have no-one else in the space for the day…meaning you get to fully relax….

We’re about 2.5 months out from our new space…and we love seeing new faces showing up, sharing their practice with us and cheering us on as we grow into our next evolution.

You know you love it when Matt teaches his yummy slow flow on Saturdays! If you haven’t tried it yet, sign up for next week. His Friday slow flow will be back in our new space to help you breath into the weekend a little better.
