LIES and SPIRITS.
•
First of all. I loathe social media. Everyone hates it, but everyone is doing it. I’m old enough to remember what it was like without it, and I find myself pulling away from this hell hole - and enjoying simple, present moments. My head hurts in this space. 😉
•
I love the long face to face conversation, the nap in the grass at the park and the truth that I have been given when it was just me, my God and my journal.
•
I developed my intuition via years of journal work. Social media has jacked that up, and I’m re-calibrating my intuition so that it serves me and others again.
•
I’m here (minimally) because my marketing strategist says I need to be and because others are here (and because of cute animal funnies and other good content), but mostly because the whole reason I wanted to teach journals is because of a desire to give people a tool for self-guided change, a spiritual tool, a professional tool, and a tool that can be used in the way any individual wants to use it.
•
I’m the facilitator, not the guru. I trust that by using your journal, you will start to sort truth from lies in your own way, to hear peace instead of chaos, to look inward to bind upward and by doing so, you’re whole world will change.
•
It can take years. It can take months. Seismic shifts happen instantly after years of dedication in pursuit of truth. Or they can happen instantly in your first session. God will decide that.
•
The spirit of doubt tried to over come me this week. I hate those sh*tty spirits. It said, “Journal work isn’t real work.” •
•
After 10+ years of working with people and having people tell me they found value in what I’ve offered, that spirit tried to take over.
•
It’s easy to discern the spirit of doubt and get rid of it these days, because I’ve learned to discern spirits through my journal work, and because I am surrounded by beautiful friends who say things like, “No shoddy therapist can do what you do.” Encouragement at its best.
•
Spirit of truth. Seek it. Bring it in to your body and mind. Do so, with the help of the journal, prayer and good friends. up.
