A little scare, but a happy ending for Dundee Blue. He came to see us after a possible medication ingestion. Thankfully, after an evaluation, it was determined he hadn’t eaten the medication after all. 🐾

If you ever think your pet may have gotten into medication, don’t wait! Give your veterinarian or your nearest emergency hospital a call. We’re always here when you need us, and we’re so glad Dundee Blue got to head home safe and sound. 🫶🏼🐾💙

Some of the best medicine isn’t found in a treatment plan, it’s found in a gentle hand, a reassuring cuddle, or being carried when a patient needs it most. ❤️🐾 Compassion is at the heart of everything we do. We’re grateful for a team that shows up every day ready to care for our patients like they’re their own. It’s an honor to be there when they need us most. 🫶🏼🥹

🎣🐟 Meet Mr. Doolie…now affectionately known as Catfish.

This adventurous feline decided to test his fishing skills a little too literally and ended up with two fish hooks attached to him! One hook was stuck in his paw, while the second was thankfully only tangled in his fur.

After a visit to Denver Animal Emergency, Mr. Doolie was safely freed from his unexpected catch and is doing well. 🫶🏼 Wishing Mr. Doolie (aka Catfish) a speedy recovery and many future adventures that don’t involve emergency hook removal. 😹🎣💜

Celebrating 10 Years of Denver Animal Emergency! ❤️🐾🩺 Today marks a milestone we are incredibly proud of! 10 years of serving our community and caring for the pets you love.

Reaching this anniversary has taken dedication, perseverance, and plenty of blood, sweat, and tears. Through it all, our mission has remained the same: to provide exceptional emergency care when pets and their families need us most. Over the past decade, we have cared for thousands of animals, celebrated recoveries, comforted families during difficult moments, and helped many say goodbye to cherished companions with compassion and dignity. This achievement would not be possible without our amazing team members (past and present) and the trust our community has placed in us. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your pets’ lives and for choosing us during some of your most important moments. We are honored to have served this community for the last 10 years and are excited for what the future holds.

❤️ Thank you for being part of our journey. With love and appreciation…your friends at DAE! ❤️
