Recovery isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about letting go of the things that no longer serve us and holding onto the things that help us grow.

Hope. Trust. Love. Sobriety.

Everyone deserves a place where they can show up exactly as they are.

Recovery begins when people are met with compassion instead of judgment, understanding instead of assumptions, and community instead of isolation.

At Sobriety House, we believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be themselves.

For the third year in a row, drug overdose deaths in the U.S. have declined — a hopeful sign that recovery support, harm reduction efforts, treatment access, and community care are making a difference.

But the work is far from over.

Colorado was one of a handful of states that still saw increases last year, reminding us that the overdose crisis continues to evolve and impact our communities in deeply personal ways.

Behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a story.

Recovery is possible. Treatment matters. Connection matters. Access matters.

As conversations around fentanyl, methamphetamine, and overdose prevention continue, we remain committed to supporting individuals through every stage of recovery and helping break the stigma that too often keeps people from reaching out for help. 💙

For a third consecutive year, fatal drug overdose deaths declined in the U.S. Unfortunately, not every state has followed that trend.

Denver's Colfax Marathon weekend is officially underway 🏃☀️

Today Sobriety House is out at City Park with a reminder that you can do hard things. 💙

Recovery and running have a lot in common:
One step at a time. One mile at a time. Keep going.

Come see us this weekend at the marathon!

Let go of things not inside your control.
With time and practice, you’ll find peace there.
Because peace is not chased… slowly come back to center. 💙
