Join , Nalu and I for Paws & Pause, a fun, hands-on workshop designed for kids ages 7–12 to better understand anxiety, build practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating big emotions.

Led by two LCSW therapists alongside our therapy dog, this experience blends learning with play in a supportive, engaging environment.

Each child will leave with a take-home resource packet + parent guidance to help continue the growth beyond the workshop.
