Traveling and don’t want to lose all of your progress? ✈️

No worries... you don’t have to! 🎉

But it WILL require some thoughtful planning. 😘

If you’re traveling while trying to lose weight, shed fat, and tone…

OR you want to simply maintain the progress you’ve built...

Here are a few food tips and hacks I always follow: 👇🏼

🥗 Eat a big, beautiful, high-protein, high-fiber, high-volume meal BEFORE you even leave for the airport/road trip. I’m talking a massive salad, loaded with vegetables and lean protein so you show up to that airport (or in your car) already full and unbothered by the overpriced terminal food or the sketchy gas station snacks that may have been calling your name.

💧 Hydrate aggressively earlier in the day before you travel. Not at the airport, not on the plane, but BEFORE you leave (extra credit if you add electrolytes and trace minerals). Your body will thank you.

🧊 Pack your own meals (and freeze some of them) ahead of time. Think sandwiches, cheese sticks, vegetables, fruit, cooked protein, yogurt cups... And yes, you can get them through security frozen. Cold food travels better and the TSA line won’t stop you. Don’t forget a fork! 🍴

🥩 Always pack protein snacks. Think beef jerky, meat sticks, dried edamame for that fiber and crunch, protein bars, and protein powder. Every restaurant meal you’re going to encounter on the road or at the airport is going to be heavy on carbs, fats, and calories, and your job is to balance it out.

⚡ Pack your nutritional powders, electrolytes, probiotics, and fiber supplements. This should be a non-negotiable. These take up almost no space and they keep your body feeling like itself even when everything else is off schedule.

Preparation is the whole game when it comes to traveling and staying on track.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it DOES have to be intentional. ✅

CLIENT CASE STUDY: 🔎 What if I told you this client ONLY lost 8 pounds... but her body now looks like THIS. 😏

Yea... the scale is honestly the least interesting part of her entire transformation.

This is what happens when you stop chasing weight loss and a DIY strategy and instead, you start transforming your body the right way. 🔥

This 40 y/o 5’2 client came to me already doing everything right.

She was strength training 4-5x a week, she was walking, she was doing cardio, she was reducing carbs, prioritizing protein, and cooking healthy meals at home.

She did this FOR YEARS and never saw the fat loss, toning, or definition she wanted.
..especially for how much effort she was putting in. 😵‍💫

Most women are being TOTALLY mislead by the fitness industry.👇🏼

Pilates, Orange Theory, barre, yoga sculpt, Barry’s Bootcamp, spinning...

These class formats ALL promise a tighter, more toned physique.

But honestly, if we’re looking at mechanics, what actually changes the body, what actually sheds fat, and what actually builds muscle...

Most of these formats are NOT ideal for fat loss OR toning.

And before you come for me...

I taught and took fitness classes for 8 YEARS and it never changed my body.

So I’m not throwing stones from the outside the house - I was in it. 🏡

And this might sound like you too where...

🧘🏼‍♀️ You’re showing up to class 3-5 times a week.

🥵 You’re sweating and you’re sore the next day so “it must be working.”

💸 So you keep paying the studio membership every. single. month.

And yet you look in the mirror and think...

“Why isn’t my body changing the way I want it to?” 💭

You might even be seeing SOME results BUT...

😮‍💨 I bet you’re still not shedding as much fat as you’d hope to...

😒 I bet you want your b***y justttt a little bit more lifted and plump...

🤔 And I bet you wish you could see a little bit more definition in your arms, legs, and abs.

That’s not a YOU problem, girlie - that’s a strategy problem. 💁🏼‍♀️

Here’s what’s actually going on:

💥 Most class formats don’t create enough mechanical tension to actually BUILD new muscle. At best, you’re just maintaining what you already have.

🪫 High-rep, low-resistance work builds muscular endurance, but not the definition and tone you’re probably chasing.

⏱️ Cardio-based classes burn calories for that one hour but do nothing to raise your metabolic rate long-term.

🎲 The variety that makes classes fun is actually working against you - because real muscle development needs consistency with specific movements over time.

Fitness classes aren’t evil, but they’ve been wildly misrepresented.

This is just ONE of 9 mistakes I see women making that are canceling out all their hard work.

🍒 If you’re sick of having bigger b***s and you’d LOVE for them to shrink 1-3 cup sizes... this one’s for you. 👀

A few years ago, after struggling with DD+ cup for nearly 10 years, I was seriously contemplating going under the knife for a br3ast reduction. 🔪

I was so self-conscious about my bigger b***s because I always felt like they made me look heavier than I was and they weren’t proportionate to the rest of my body.

They were also SOOO frustrating to live with (IYKYK):

👙 I could never find swim tops or sports bras that fit right or had enough support without looking like a grandma (though, grandmas can still be hot, I see you).

🛒 For swimwear, I always had to order the bra-sized tops online because finding something off the rack that fit wasn’t easy.

🏃🏼‍♀️ I had to wear extra-supportive sports bra - and sometimes even doubled up - just to keep them in place while running or doing high-impact workouts.

😞 I was always super envious of women who could wear tube tops, go bra-less, or wear cute tank tops with the tiny straps (I could never).

😮‍💨 And don’t even get me started on how sore they’d get around my cycle - and caffeine and sweets would make them swell even more.

Then… I lost 40 lbs naturally and dramatically decreased my overall body fat percentage (30% ➡️ 14%).

And when you change your body composition, you can change your bra size too.

For the first time in over 10 years, nearly 3 cup sizes smaller, I actually love my b***s. 🍒

They are lighter, perkier, and proportionate to my body - AND I feel comfortable, confident, and s3xy. 🔥

I never thought that losing fat *in a specific way* would save me from a procedure I thought was inevitable - but here we are - and I couldn’t be happier. 🥳

If you’re reading this hating your big b***s and think surgery is the only option… think again. 💫

You CAN change your body more than you think - and that doesn’t mean you have to go under the knife.

🎥 NEW YOUTUBE VIDEO 🍿 Can we talk about a HUGE lie that the fitness industry has sold us for YEARS? 😤

Because I spent 8 years teaching and taking fitness classes AND I ran two half marathons thinking it would finally change my body.

Newsflash, that never worked. 😅

If this sounds familiar - like you’re...

🏃🏼‍♀️ Getting your cardio in a few times a week - whether it’s spinning, jogging, or fitness classes...

💦 Sweating through your workouts and giving it your all...

😒 Doing “everything right” and yet, your body is just not changing like you want it to.

I know... it’s frustrating (remember, I’ve been there too 😉).

But here’s what’s actually happening:

🔥 Chronic cardio spikes your cortisol, which breaks down your muscle and tells your body to store fat (yes, the exact opposite of what you want).

😵‍💫 Cardio burns calories in the moment, but does absolutely NOTHING for your metabolism long term (sad, I know).

🐢 Cardio can actually make you move LESS throughout the rest of your day without you even realizing it (this is called decreasing your NEAT).

👀 And if there’s no muscle underneath, no amount of cardio will ever reveal the toning and definition you’re killing yourself for (true story).

The women doing the most cardio in the gym are rarely the ones with the most visible muscle definition.

And I’m not saying you have to look like a bodybuilder... 💁🏼‍♀️

But the tighter, more toned physique that most women have been trying to build for years is not gonna come from fitness classes, 5Ks, pickleball, and Peloton rides.

The women lifting heavy weights and tracking their progressions... yea, that’s a completely different story. 👀

The good news is... if you’re already working out, this can be fixed with a slight adjustment to your strategy and approach.

🪞 I remember standing in the fitting room a few years ago holding the biggest pair of pants I had ever bought and thinking:

“This is the last time. I can’t keep sizing up.” 🫢

Not in a motivated, pumped-up way - but in a quiet, defeated, something-has-to-change kind of way. 💔

A few years ago, I hit my rock bottom after having shoulder surgery, mold toxicity, long work days, and the relentless weight of building a business while living life and working multiple jobs.

Even though I never stopped eating healthy or working out, the creeping weight gain got me and I was clocking in at 153 lbs. 😓

If your metabolism is already stressed, underfed, inflamed, sleep-deprived, under-muscled, and running on cortisol…

Why on earth are we adding MORE cardio to the situation? 😭

I’m talking jogging, Peloton-ing, HIIT classes, and even includes those sneaky “strength” classes that are actually 100% cardio-based.

The majority of women think that they need to simply eat less, move more, and be more “on top of their sh*t” to see the weight loss, fat loss, and toning results they want.

So they do all the things...

The diets, the fitness classes, the intermittent fasting, the protein, the jogs around the neighborhood, and maybe even GLP-1s...

And then they wonder why their bodies look the same 6 months later or they hit another plateau on the scale. 🤔

Well...

🚨 More cardio does NOT automatically equal more fat loss.

🚨 Sweating more does NOT mean your strategy is working.

🚨 Eating less is NOT always helpful to your metabolism.

🚨 Weight loss is NOT the same as fat loss.

Sometimes your body isn’t resisting fat loss - it’s just exhausted. 🫠

This is especially true for women who have dieted for years, are constantly cutting carbs or skipping meals, living on caffeine, overtraining (5-6 days a week), and feel “healthy” but still look soft, puffy, inflamed, or stuck.

This is EXACTLY why GLP-1s scare me for long-term body composition too...

Because suppressing your appetite while losing muscle mass is NOT the flex people think it is. 👀

Muscle is what gives your body shape, curves, tightness, definition, toning, and a faster metabolism.

Which means if you lose WEIGHT - but you also lose muscle - you can actually end up looking softer while burning fewer calories long-term.

Lately I’ve been feeling a little fatigued by social media if I’m being honest. 🫠

Everywhere you turn, someone’s selling something and there’s always a keyword to comment, a funnel, a CTA, a strategy, or a “hack.”

It sometimes feels like the actual HUMAN part of all this is getting lost.

I know this app is part business. - and I mean, I get it. I run a business too.

But after coaching online for 7 years now, I can genuinely say my reason for doing this has never changed.

It’s never been about having the biggest audience, the most clients, or making the most money.

I started my coaching business in 2019 because I know what it feels like to struggle in your own body for YEARS while trying SO hard to “do everything right” and still feel stuck. 😔

TBH that kind of frustration changes you.

So does falling off the wagon during a busy period of life filled with a lot of health struggles then losing 40 lbs naturally.

One of the biggest reasons I niched down into weight loss and body transformation in the first place is because I lived it.

And honestly, I just wish someone would’ve helped me sooner instead of me wasting so much time spinning my wheels, feeling defeated, uncomfortable, and almost like my body was broken.

No matter how much this app changes, I hope this page always feels human. 🤍

Because I’ll always share the real-real here: The wins, the vulnerable moments, the thoughts in my head, the lessons I’m learning, the behind-the-scenes chaos, the growth, the setbacks, the glow-ups… all of it.

I don’t want this space to feel transactional - I want it to feel like we’re actually connected here - like we’re friends. 🫶🏼

Yes, I coach women to lose weight, build muscle, boost their metabolism, and completely transform their lives…

But I also genuinely care about the humans behind the screens, and I’m really excited to continue growing this business, helping more women feel strong, confident, energized, and HOT in their own skin…
