What I mean by that is, don’t just exist in the space you occupy — I hope you really truly live.

☀️When you wake up, I hope that you are grateful for a fresh start.

I hope you notice your breath in and out, and I hope you feel lucky to be alive.

🌺I hope you step outside and notice the way saying hello to a stranger can make a smile reach their eyes.

I hope that you actively choose, in every passing moment, to reach for what ignites a fire inside of you.

🌟If it is a dream, pursue it relentlessly.

🌟If it is love, make sure they know you care.

HEY YOU, Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to result! It’s not about if you have time, it’s when you’re going to make time.

Complete transparency, competing for 7 years has taken a toll on my love of weight lifting. I didn’t realize how much I chose to punish myself in pursuit of the stage.

It’s been 10 months since I retired from the stage and signed up for LIVING MY LIFE ❤️

I LOVE these life updates because I see my growth. Mentally, physically and spiritually. That belly roll, makes me beautiful, that round face makes me healthy, those thick thighs make me a WOMAN ⬆️

YOU ARE PERFECT BABE!

I’ve been enjoying listening to my body, flowing in yoga 4x a week, walking outside daily, training at and lifting when I FEEL LIKE IT, not because I have to.

Today, it’s Friday. I’ve been working my ass off because I have big goals that require hard work and commitment. Last night I enjoyed wine on my patio 🍷 BECAUSE I CAN!

Showing up for a leg day on Friday night after being called in to work at 3am is anything but easy, but life isn’t about easy. It’s about navigating the obstacles with grace and compassion.

I offer you this, move your body, do what feels good, nourish yourself with Whole Foods, surround yourself with positive people and FIND THE JOY IN THIS MOMENT ☀️😁

❀ Balanced hormones
❀ Gut health
❀ S*x drive
❀ Wine AND cheese
❀ Friends & social gatherings
❀ Hiking, yoga and basketball over the stair master
❀ Waking up enjoying hot coffee instead of fasted cardio
❀ Having the cookie, the WHOLE DAMN COOKIE guilt free🍪
❀ Cheeks you can pinch, not the bones you can see
❀ Vacations whenever your heart desires
❀ Educating others on mental health and balance

Anything extreme is not sustainable long term. While I am SO PROUD of my 7 years as a bodybuilder, I have never been happier and never looked back since I walked away 🤍

Take a moment to reflect on your life.. Where are you being too extreme? Where are labeling things good or bad? Where are you comparing yourself? Where can you find a better balance?
