“Before you heal someone, you must ask if they are willing to give up the thing that makes them sick.”
These words make me pause, because I know what it feels like to want healing while still holding onto what hurts.
For me, letting go wasn’t one decision. It was years of learning, unlearning, grieving, and beginning again. Sometimes suffering felt so familiar that I didn’t know who I would be without it.
That doesn’t mean I chose my pain. It means I needed support, safety, and time to discover another way.
Finding my tribe—people who welcomed me and made it feel safe to be seen—helped me step into my own power. Little by little, I began to see that my past didn’t have to define the rest of my life.
That journey continues. And it’s part of why I do this work: to support others as they reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits and find their own path toward freedom.
I believe when we care for all parts of ourselves, our light grows brighter. We carry that light into the world—in how we show up, how we love, and how we help others. We give ourselves room to become the fullest versions of who we are.
We learn to be the light. And the world needs more light. ✨
You don’t have to have it all figured out. And you don’t have to do it alone.
