Some of the best work happens when I stop looking and start listening.

Feeling through my fingertips.
Following the body’s cues instead of forcing an agenda.

This is where intuition meets training. Where years of study, experience, and presence come together.

I’ve been fascinated by healing touch since I was about 8 years old. I became licensed in 2011, but the truth is it took years of my own healing journey before I fully trusted my gifts and gave myself permission to build a life around this work.

Today, it remains one of the greatest honors of my life to support people through grief, stress, recovery, transformation, and coming home to themselves.

To everyone who has trusted me with your body, your story, and your healing journey—thank you. Your support has allowed me to create something beautiful through Olive Tree Holistic.

Healing doesn’t always happen through words alone.

Grace came to me during a season of grief and transition. While talk therapy supported her healing, Reiki and bodywork helped her process emotions in a different way.

In this interview, she shares how these sessions helped her feel more grounded, calm, and connected—to herself and to loved ones who have passed. She also speaks about the comfort and care she found through this work.

There’s something incredibly humbling about reading your words and hearing how this work has impacted your lives.

When I first started Olive Tree Holistic, I knew I wanted to help people feel better in their bodies…
but I never imagined how much this path would also ask me to grow.

Over the years this work has pushed me to deepen my understanding of the body, nervous system, fascia, lymphatic health, energy, trauma, grief, recovery, intuition, and what true healing really means.

Every client has taught me something.
Every session has shaped me.
Every challenge has expanded me.

This isn’t just massage to me.
It’s listening.
It’s study.
It’s presence.
