We offer private Pilates reformer instruction, personal training, massage therapy and yoga in your home and in the Denver Metro. After teaching Pilates for 14 years Tara Ritchie founded Pilates Vitale in 2017. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Massage Therapist. She teaches therapeutic Pilates for those who have had injuries or high-intensity fitness for those ready to take their body to the next level. She believes that Pilates is the best way to achieve grace in your body without having to endure the years of dance choreography classes and performances that she did. With her unique style, she will create a perfect balance of strength and flexibility to fit the needs of her clients. Tara grew up skiing and weight training with her parents in Boulder, Colorado and Taos, New Mexico. As a result, she developed a passion and knowledge for the fitness industry that continues to motivate her to instill a healthier and active lifestyle in everyone she meets. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Hamline University.

This is so perfectly said. How you move is not how you look or how you are shaped. How strong you are is not how thin you are. How strong you are is not how sculpted you are. How thin you are is not how grounded you are. What are your goals? Pilates softens your breath and your face and your nervous system while toning and strengthening and supporting muscles around your organs and joints.

Can we separate having a strong core from having visible abs already?

Because these are not the same fu***ng thing.

You can have softness AND incredible control.

You can have a belly AND a powerful powerhouse.

You can have rolls while doing teaser.

One does not cancel out the other.

We’ve just spent so long seeing “strong” represented by one particular body type that we’ve forgotten what strength actually looks like.

It looks like a whole lot of different bodies.

Add Nicks Garden Center to your list! Just east of 225 it offers a Pumpkin Patch experience in the city ✨🍂🍁🎃. They have a $20 wrist band which includes 4 of train ride, tractor ride, go carts, jumpy castles and free play areas for little kids. Great green chile burrito too and snickerdoodles, local farmers market fruit and vegetables and an Ace Hardware like warehouse. Christmas trees start November 5th 🤣
