After nearly two decades of bodywork & 16 trips around the sun building my practice in the mountains, Iโm so excited to officially announce the expansion of my bodywork business into Denver. What started as a dream, a Thai mat at Telluride Farmerโs Market, and a deep desire to help people feel better in their bodies has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.
For those who know me, bodywork has never been โjust a job.โ Itโs been my calling. Iโve dedicated myself to learning, refining, and creating a barefoot massage practice that help people move freely, recover faster, and reconnect with themselves. From athletes pushing their limits, to busy professionals carrying stress, to anyone navigating pain or restrictionโI love helping people feel the shift that happens when the body finally lets go.
Soleful Bodywork Denver represents a new beginning for me. Iโm excited to step into this season, rebuild, and create something strong and intentional here. Iโm bringing with me the same focused, therapeutic work Iโve built my reputation onโnow specializing in Sarga Bodywork in Denver: a barefoot myofascial release technique designed to create lasting change, improve mobility, and support recovery for active lifestyles.
To my Telluride Bodyworks clients and mountain community: thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and helping shape this journey. Youโve been such an important part of my story, and this next step is possible because of that foundation.
To Denver: Iโm excited to serve this community and help people feel stronger, freer, and more at home in their bodies.
