What if the next chapter gets to feel lighter? 🌿

Not because everything has been resolved.
Not because the hard things never happened.

But because healing can also make room for curiosity, joy, play, and new possibilities. 🧡

You’re allowed to make space for more than just getting through the day.

Sometimes grief shows up before we even realize why. Then we look at the calendar, and suddenly it makes sense. 🧡

Certain dates and seasons can carry memories, emotions, and reminders of people or experiences we’ve lost.

🌿 If you’re finding these moments difficult to navigate, I’d love to connect. Schedule a free consultation at goodgriefwellness.net.

When was the last time you chose YOU?

Not because someone needed you or because it was expected. Simply because it was something YOU wanted.

Your needs deserve attention, too. 🧡

Sometimes feeling good again after a loss can come with guilt. 🧡

You might catch yourself laughing or enjoying a moment and wonder if you should.

But experiencing joy doesn’t mean you’ve stopped grieving or that what you lost matters any less. There’s room for both.

🌿 If guilt is making your grief harder to navigate, you don’t have to work through it alone. Visit goodgriefwellness.net to schedule a free consultation and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Sometimes anger is only part of the story.

Underneath it may be hurt, grief, fear, disappointment, resentment, or something we haven’t quite found the words for yet.

Getting curious about what’s beneath the anger can help us better understand what we’re actually carrying. 🧡

🌿 If this feels familiar, visit goodgriefwellness.net to learn more about how I can support you.

You can be functioning and still need support. 🧡

Holding it together doesn’t mean you have to keep carrying everything alone.

🌿 If you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay, reach out. Let’s talk about what support could look like for you.

At the heart of Good Grief Wellness is something I believe deeply: therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to make your experience sound neat or manageable. There is room for grief, change, uncertainty, questions, growth, and all the complicated parts of being human.

I hope this little series has helped you get to know me, the heart behind Good Grief Wellness, and what it might feel like to work together. 🌿

If what I’ve shared feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, please reach out.

Grief is complicated because being human is complicated.

That’s one of the things I’ve come to understand more deeply through this work. Grief doesn’t always fit neatly into one experience, one kind of loss, or one way of moving through it.

And sometimes, what we’re carrying has changed us more than we realize.

In Part 2, I’m sharing a little more about how I understand grief and the perspective I bring to my work at Good Grief Wellness.

🌿 If you’re looking for a space where the complicated parts of being human are welcome, please reach out.
