Stable Minds, LLC

Stable Minds, LLC Doctoral-level psychotherapy for high-achievers and helping professionals facing burnout, secondary trauma, and life/work stress.

Because success without well-being isn’t sustainable. Therapy for high performers: where resilience, success, and peace finally meet. At Stable Minds LLC, we specialize in helping high performers and helping professionals harness their inner strength, build resilience, and create emotional stability. With a PhD in Psychology and a focus on human performance, I understand the internal pressure that

often comes with success. My work supports high-achieving professionals in navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the weight of always needing to have it together. This is a space to step out of overdrive, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity, strength, and purpose. Mission:
At Stable Minds, our mission is to help high-achieving professionals reclaim clarity, resilience, and purpose when success begins to take a silent toll. We serve those who are emotionally exhausted but still performing, disconnected from their “why,” and secretly afraid to slow down. Through personalized, performance-informed care, we create space for deep transformation—where driven individuals can step out of overdrive, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with strength. We offer private sessions with a focus on confidentiality along with therapy intensives and curated experiences that honor the demands of leadership and ambition while supporting real emotional breakthroughs. Our work is grounded in science, delivered with high-level attention, and designed to meet powerful minds where they are—because even the strongest need a place to rise. Services:

Psychotherapy doesn’t always have to happen from a chair.

This September, I’m opening appointments for **equine-assisted psychotherapy and nature-based therapy at Stable Minds**.

This is psychotherapy that intentionally incorporates both **equine interactions and principles of ecotherapy** into the therapeutic process. The natural environment gives us opportunities to slow down, notice what is happening internally, reconnect with our senses, and step outside the patterns that can be difficult to see within four walls. Horses add another dimension—they are highly responsive to subtle changes in body language, attention, emotion, and nervous-system arousal, allowing us to notice some of those patterns as they happen.

There is no riding, and you don't need any experience with horses. Depending on your goals, sessions may include observing the herd, interacting with horses from outside their pasture, walking the property, mindfulness and grounding practices, or simply doing meaningful therapeutic work outdoors.

We may explore boundaries, relationships, trust, emotional regulation, resilience, identity, life transitions, or the patterns that keep showing up in your life.

**It’s not about learning how to work with horses. It’s about creating another way to understand yourself.**

Stable Minds is located in east-central Indiana, approximately one hour south of Fort Wayne and 40 minutes north of Fishers.

*****************************************************************Because these sessions are intentionally designed to provide a private, highly individualized therapeutic experience, only a very limited number of equine-assisted and nature-based psychotherapy appointments are offered each month.

If you're interested in exploring whether this approach may be a good fit for you, I invite you to schedule a private consultation.

Horses are highly responsive to subtle shifts in body language, emotion, and nervous-system arousal, offering immediate, nonjudgmental feedback that can be difficult to access through conversation alone. Research on equine-assisted psychotherapy suggests it may support emotional regulation, self-awareness, stress reduction, and therapeutic engagement when integrated into evidence-based mental health treatment. At Stable Minds, interactions with horses are intentionally incorporated into psychotherapy—not as a separate activity, but as another way to experience and practice meaningful change.

🎨 Art-Based Virtual Therapy Openings This Fall

Looking for a creative approach to therapy? A limited number of virtual art-based therapy sessions are still available this fall.

These sessions are offered at a significantly reduced rate as part of a supervised training experience and are ideal for individuals seeking brief therapy in a supportive, creative environment. No artistic ability is required—just a willingness to explore, reflect, and grow.

If you or someone you know may be interested, send me a message or email me to learn more and complete a brief pre-screening to ensure it’s a good fit.

I’d love to help you get connected. 💙

Today, we celebrate freedom.

As the fireworks fill the sky and families gather together, remember that freedom is not only something we celebrate as a nation—it is something we can pursue within ourselves.

Freedom to set healthy boundaries.
Freedom to ask for help.
Freedom to let go of what no longer serves you.
Freedom to rest without guilt.
Freedom to heal at your own pace.

No matter where you are in your journey, may today remind you that healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about finding your way back to yourself.

Wishing you a safe, meaningful, and peaceful Fourth of July. ❤️🤍💙
