Stable Minds, LLC

Stable Minds, LLC Doctoral-level psychotherapy for high-achievers and helping professionals facing burnout, secondary trauma, and life/work stress.

Because success without well-being isn’t sustainable. Therapy for high performers: where resilience, success, and peace finally meet. At Stable Minds LLC, we specialize in helping high performers and helping professionals harness their inner strength, build resilience, and create emotional stability. With a PhD in Psychology and a focus on human performance, I understand the internal pressure that

often comes with success. My work supports high-achieving professionals in navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the weight of always needing to have it together. This is a space to step out of overdrive, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity, strength, and purpose. Mission:
At Stable Minds, our mission is to help high-achieving professionals reclaim clarity, resilience, and purpose when success begins to take a silent toll. We serve those who are emotionally exhausted but still performing, disconnected from their “why,” and secretly afraid to slow down. Through personalized, performance-informed care, we create space for deep transformation—where driven individuals can step out of overdrive, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with strength. We offer private sessions with a focus on confidentiality along with therapy intensives and curated experiences that honor the demands of leadership and ambition while supporting real emotional breakthroughs. Our work is grounded in science, delivered with high-level attention, and designed to meet powerful minds where they are—because even the strongest need a place to rise. Services:

Exciting news! 🎨✨

This fall, Stable Minds will be welcoming a counseling intern who has a special interest in integrating creative and expressive approaches into the therapeutic process. She will be providing telehealth counseling services under supervision and is passionate about helping clients explore growth, healing, and self-discovery through both traditional talk therapy and creative expression.

This can be a wonderful option for individuals who may find it difficult to put their thoughts and emotions into words alone.

If you know someone who may benefit from affordable counseling services through telehealth, or if you would like more information, please reach out. Referrals from healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and colleagues are welcome.

More details regarding availability and scheduling will be shared soon. 💙

At Stable Minds, equine interactions are offered on a very limited and intentional basis.

This is not therapeutic riding.

This is not hippotherapy.

This is not equine-assisted learning focused on leadership exercises, communication skills, or team-building activities.

The horse is not the intervention.

Psychotherapy remains the intervention.

The horse simply becomes part of the therapeutic environment.

When appropriate, the presence of a horse can add another layer of awareness, emotion, and insight to work that is already occurring within the therapy process. The horse often reflects what words cannot fully capture—stress that has become normalized, emotions that have been intellectualized, boundaries that have been ignored, or patterns that have become automatic.

This work is not designed for everyone.

It is often most meaningful for the high-achieving professional who has spent years carrying responsibilities for everyone else.

The business owner who appears successful on the outside while quietly running on empty.

The healthcare professional, therapist, first responder, or helper who has forgotten what it feels like to place their own needs first.

The mother who manages calendars, schedules, careers, households, and relationships yet struggles to remember the last time she felt truly present.

The adult who is beginning to recognize that many of the beliefs driving their life were never actually theirs to begin with.

These sessions are not about learning how to work with horses.

They are about learning how to work with yourself.

The horse simply helps make the invisible visible.

Sometimes that means recognizing exhaustion beneath achievement.

Sometimes it means discovering grief beneath productivity.

Sometimes it means noticing that the story you've been living was written decades ago—and deciding whether it still belongs in the next chapter.

This is deep therapeutic work.

The horse is not the destination.

It is one of many pathways that can help us get there.

The first day of summer is here. ☀️

A new season does not mean you have to become a new person overnight.

Sometimes growth looks quiet.
Sometimes healing looks slow.
Sometimes the most meaningful progress happens when you finally allow yourself to breathe.

This summer, may you give yourself permission to protect your peace, honor your limits, and notice the small moments that help you feel grounded.

You do not have to rush your healing.

When everything feels like too much, you do not have to figure out your whole life at once.

Start smaller.

One breath.
One task.
One honest pause.
One next step.

Your nervous system does not need pressure. It needs safety, steadiness, and care. 🌿

Boundaries are not about shutting people out.

They are about protecting what helps you stay grounded, healthy, and whole. 🤍

You are allowed to honor your limits without apologizing for them. 🌿
