Anxiety often decreases when preparation increases.

The next time anxiety shows up, try asking yourself what it's trying to prepare you for instead of immediately trying to make it disappear.

You may discover that your anxiety isn't asking for avoidance—it's asking for action.

You're Not Crazy

You know you're safe.

But your mind keeps replaying the conversation.

You know the relationship isn't ending.

But you keep looking for signs that something is wrong.

You know you don't have to be perfect.

But you still:

• Apologize when you haven't done anything wrong
• Overthink every decision
• Carry the weight of everyone else's emotions

Maybe you're experiencing:

• High-functioning anxiety → always feeling on alert
• People-pleasing → losing touch with your own needs
• Emotional exhaustion → feeling drained by everyday life
• Relationship anxiety → constantly fearing something will go wrong

And the list goes on.

Here's what I want you to know:

You're not broken.

Your nervous system may still be responding to experiences it never fully processed.

You don't need more self-criticism.

You need:

• Understanding
• Self-compassion
• Support

If you've ever thought:

"I know better, but I still feel stuck."

You're not alone.

Healing is possible.

06/03/2026

Many people enter relationships hoping someone else will heal the pain they've carried for years.

But healing doesn't come from finding the perfect person.

It comes from being willing to face the parts of ourselves we've spent years avoiding.

The fear.
The shame.
The hurt.
The patterns that keep showing up in our relationships.

Real connection begins when we stop hiding from ourselves and allow ourselves to be truly seen by another person.

The right relationship won't fix you.

But it may remind you that you were never broken to begin with.

Keep doing the work. Keep showing up. Keep believing that you are worthy of healthy, meaningful connection.

Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that you just... shut down? It’s not laziness or apathy — it’s the result of carrying too much for too long. Showing up for everyone else while ignoring your own needs leads to emotional exhaustion, and sometimes that exhaustion looks like withdrawal. But withdrawal isn’t always a problem. Stepping back can be a form of clarity: a signal that your energy matters and that you need rest, boundaries, and care. If you’ve been quieter lately, it might be your mind and body asking for attention. If this resonates, therapy can help. If you’re feeling emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed, reach out. Let’s talk.

If you're feeling emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed, reach out.

This isn’t about blaming either person. It’s about naming what changes, and building a way through it together.

Two things can be true at once

Gratitude doesn’t cancel grief.
Love doesn’t erase overwhelm.
And struggling doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

Want to connect first? DM me. Ready to book? Link in bio.

You don’t need perfect words.
You don’t need to “stay positive.”

You need a place where what’s happening can be real—and workable.

You don’t know what someone else is carrying behind closed doors.
And comparison has a way of turning pain into shame.

If you’re struggling, it doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re in a high-pressure season.

DM to connect, or book via link in bio.

If you’re a man or woman struggling with postpartum depression, you’re not broken—you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and deserving of real support, not silence.
