Never even thinking about acid reflux symptoms is heaven.

If I left it to my doctors, I'd still be on PPIs and have LPR and GERD symptoms every single day.

No thanks.

Comment below what your doctor's long-term plan is for you.

Mine was PPIs forever! They weren't even working.

If you want to heal from literally anything, the first step is to create safety in your body.

Hi, I'm Tama and I healed my acid reflux many years ago and now I help people do that.

So safety can mean different things to different people.

The kind of safety you might be creating is just that you have a really good plan and you're deciding to stick to that plan.

It might be that you know that if this doesn't work, then you know what you're going to try next. That might be creating safety for you.

Creating safety might be somatic. It might be doing yoga, doing meditation, sleeping enough, making sure that you're really present during your meals and enjoying your food. Experiencing your food as a healing thing.

Instead of telling yourself," Oh, no, this is gonna make me more sick." telling yourself it will make you healthy but also because you're confident it's not going to make you more sick (that's part of the plan, not eating things that harm you).

So that goes back to the plan again. I think a lot of times it does go back to having a plan that you believe in and that you're going to commit to because then you can feel safety and you are going to do this thing. and it's gonna work.
And then if it doesn't, you're on to the next thing at some point, but you can't be on to the next thing also if you don't do the plan fully.

So having a plan and fully doing it, I think is a really big step.

And then part of that plan is creating bodily safety, creating structure or routine, or just practices, mindset work to sink into the comfort of doing the thing.

There's more to this, but that's the first part.

The H. pylori bacteria causes acid reflux AND hates stomach acid! Cast it into the fire!

Why even ask me what my symptoms are if you're not going to believe me and then you're gonna misdiagnose me anyway?

For the record, my "allergy" and "sinus infection" symptoms were silent reflux.

It's cool, I just felt like I was swallowing glass for all of my childhood and then lost my voice for 5 years in my early 20's.

"But you seem so healthy!"

Yeah, except those pesky symptoms I had constantly.

I help people with chronic acid reflux, especially silent reflux, LPR, and GERD. HMU if you want help, or find my ebook.

Broken things break other things.

Even things you've finally just managed to fix. 💔

This is why we use a systemic approach to fixing all of the core causes of reflux in my Reflux Reboot program.

Otherwise, you end up like a dog chasing its tail. You might catch it for a moment, but you won't be able to hold on to it long.

You will struggle to keep any progress and you'll probably feel like giving up. Like getting healthy isn't possible for you.

It is possible. You can get healthy. You just need a better method.

You know where to look for the link to my Reflux Reboot program. 🌟 It can help you with all of the causes of your reflux. At once. In the easiest way we can manage.

Step 1️⃣. Relax...it's probably just GERD.

Stressing out about it is going to make your acid reflux so much worse.

I know you might feel tightness and soreness in your chest. Some people will feel heat or burning but most actually won't. And you might even feel like an elephant is sitting directly on your chest from the acid reflux giving you anxiety (GERD & LPR are stressful and the reflux triggers your vagus nerve! the feeling is real but you're probably not in danger).

Step 2️⃣. Go to the doctor to ease your mind.

The doctor might just listen and feel sure that your heart is healthy.

They might do an ECG (electrocardiogram / EKG) if they want to really check that your heart is doing great. That's totally fine and nothing to worry about.

You will feel so much better knowing for sure that your ticker is going strong and healthy.

Step 3️⃣. Start fixing the core causes of your reflux.

Once you know your heart is healthy, you can be pretty sure that any pain or tightness you're feeling is acid reflux so it's time to start fixing that.

Don't know what's causing your reflux? 🔥❓🤨

I have a free training that will teach you the 4 core causes of GERD and LPR and what to do about them to get fully free of reflux and that terrible chest pain it's giving you.

👀 Go watch the training now.

Wise yogurt.
Organic does matter to our gut health.

Glyphosate, AKA "roundup" sprayed on crops has been shown to kill the good bacteria that we need in our gut!

Even eating meat that has been fed non-organic feed has been shown to harm the gut microbiome.
Organic is the way to go.

You might not feel 100% ready to transform your life. You have to take a leap.
The best time to start something is yesterday (or maybe even 6 months ago). The second best time is now.

I seriously hate celery. It is true that it can help with acid reflux, but if juicing and drinking huge amounts of celery sounds like your version of hell, don't despair. We use other plants to get the same effect in my Reflux Reboot program.
