You're eating better. You're trying to be more active. You're putting in the effort.
So why does it feel like nothing is changing?

Sometimes it's not about trying harder. It's about looking at the bigger picture.

- Stress ( Chronic stress can affect energy, cravings, recovery, and overall health.)
- Sleep (Your body does its best repair work while you sleep. Poor sleep can impact everything from mood to metabolism.)
- Hormones (When hormones are out of balance, it can affect energy, weight, motivation, and how you feel day-to-day.)
- Consistency (Small habits repeated over time will always outperform short bursts of perfection.)

A lot of people think they need more time, more motivation, or the “perfect” routine. But most of the time, consistency comes from making things realistic.

✨ Make it smaller
✨ Schedule it in
✨ Focus on 1–2 habits
✨ Build around your life, not someone else’s

You don’t have to overhaul your entire routine overnight. Small actions done consistently create bigger results than short bursts of perfection ever will.
