Are you trying to get more fiber in your diet? Then grab a banana because it packs in about 3 grams of dietary fiber. If you add a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter, that could add up to 2.5 grams more .

🌎 World Humanitarian Day ❤️

Today, let’s take a moment to honor the healthcare workers, volunteers and organizations who provide care, comfort and hope when people need it most. ❤️ The care given is not forgotten. Even some of the smallest acts of kindness go a long way.

Healthcare is about more than treating illness — it also includes the small actions we take. This may show up in the form of a smile, a kind gesture, like offering a warm blanket, or taking time to listen to someone who needs you.

To everyone working to make healthcare more accessible and compassionate: thank you. 🩺🤝
