The number on the bottle- 30, 50, 75
SPF number tells you how much UVB radiation is reaching your skin

example: if your skin burns in 10 min without sunscreen
then theoretically SPF means it would take about 30x longer to burn 🔥

To me it’s more than a medspa …This is my calling. It’s not about making people “younger” it’s reminding them of their beauty and feeling good again. It’s connection and exchanging stories. It’s the laughs, the tears and the excitement in the treatment room
20 years ago I didn’t know one person in Denver and after a 14 year marriage I found myself raising my kids on my own while working a full time job and in that time I have met so many amazing people.
Many of you have come from far to my office and some I’ve been doing your skin for over a decade.. but I bet you didn’t realize that I needed you more than you needed me.

My work is not done and there is so much more to do… Thank you for your encouragement, your hugs, your commitment and loyalty to A/A.

This has been a tough year but it has reminded me how blessed I am to have so many great amazing people around me.
