Good Posture is a must in our industry. Take time out to stretch between clients, go for a walk, get regular massages. Use our proper chairs.

Love you and hope this helps

Chris Parente

I want to take a moment to give you your flowers that you deserve. I know you’re about to close your chapter at Fox FOX31 Denver KDVR and what a journey it has been. I know I speak for many when I say how much joy you have brought to my life. It doesn’t matter what’s going on in the world or our life, we always manage to laugh every time we are together.
But that’s not the whole reason for this post. You took a chance a little Latina girl who was passionate about skincare and you gave me my first platform on TV 📺
I was insecure, nervous but you still kept believing in me. I will forever be so grateful for you. No one knew me in Denver and because of your help I still get people in my office today that remember our segments together.
Cancer won’t get you down I know you will love your best retired life but I will miss seeing you on a regular and I just want you to know how very much I love you.

Im gonna admit to you that I have more hard times than good. I’ve had more failures than wins
I’ve cried tears of agony over loss.
I’ve been humbled
I’ve been betrayed and I’ve wanted revenge more than forgiveness
I’ve asked why….
But then …
I remember my vision. I refocus and remember why I started.
I dust off and keep going even if it’s with a limp.
I wipe my tears and enter a room with a smile
I forgive because I’ve been forgiven
I remember my calling and I know that there is so much more to go …
