✅ Had glute pain for 6+ months?

✅ Seen 3+ doctors or therapists without relief?

If your glute hurts every time you bend forward, sit, or walk, the superior gluteal nerve might be stuck.

This nerve runs through the glute and when adhesion builds up around it, it gets locked down. Every time you move in a way that loads the glute, you’re pulling on a stuck nerve.

Most people get told it’s piriformis syndrome or a hip issue. The superior gluteal nerve is almost never assessed.

Until that adhesion is removed, the glute pain keeps coming back.

Adhesion release permanently removes it. No surgery. No medication. US-based providers trained in the method are available nationwide.

Until that adhesion is removed, the glute pain keeps coming back.

Comment “GLUTE” if this sounds like what you’re dealing with.

✅ Had mid back pain for 6+ months?

✅ Seen 3+ doctors or therapists without relief?

Chronic mid back pain and stiffness that won’t resolve might be coming from the levatores costarum – small muscles that connect the vertebrae to the ribs at each level of the spine.

When adhesion builds up in these muscles at T9 and T10, the ribs lose the ability to move freely and the mid back stays locked down no matter how much you stretch or get adjusted.

Until that adhesion is removed, the stiffness and pain keep coming back.

Adhesion release permanently removes it. No surgery. No medication. US-based providers trained in the method are available nationwide.

Pain that shoots to the front of your collarbone might be coming from your medial supraclavicular nerve.

This nerve wraps from C4 down into the front of the neck and collarbone area. When adhesion forms around it, the nerve gets stuck and sends pain along its entire path.

Most people have no idea a nerve in their neck could cause collarbone pain. They get treated for the wrong thing for years.

Until that nerve is freed, the pain keeps coming back.

Comment “NECK” if you have pain shooting to the front of your neck or collarbone.

✅ Had trap or shoulder blade tightness for 6+ months?

✅ Seen 3+ doctors or therapists without relief? If massage gives you 24 hours of relief and then the tightness comes right back, the muscle is not the problem.

The spinal accessory nerve runs out of the lateral neck and down to the medial scapula. When adhesion glues that nerve down, it creates constant tension in the trap and levator scapula that no amount of massage or stretching can hold.

Until the nerve is freed, the tightness keeps coming back.

Adhesion release permanently removes it. No surgery. No medication. US-based providers trained in the method are available nationwide.

I had a fascinating conversation with Mike Dolce | 🏆4x World MMA Trainer of the Year on his podcast about:

👉why his C7-T1 disc issue didn’t get better until he got his adhesions removed

👉a definition of “pain” that causes healthcare providers treatment to never work

👉 surgery before getting adhesions removed is a recipe for disaster

👉 it’s hard to be healthy without “the plant metaphor” for holistic health

👉 the mindset to being pain-free which most people ignore

If your headaches wrap around the top of your head, it might be your greater occipital nerve.

The suboccipital muscles sit right at the base of the skull. When adhesion builds up there, it glues down the greater occipital nerve – which runs from the base of the skull all the way up to the top and around the sides of the head.

When that nerve gets stuck, it sends pain and tension along its entire path.

Most people take medication, get adjusted, or try massage. It helps temporarily and then the headaches come right back because the nerve is still glued down.

Until that adhesion is removed and the nerve can move freely, the headaches keep coming back.

Comment “HEADACHE” if this sounds like what you’re dealing with.

✅ Had hip pain for 6+ months?

✅ Seen 3+ doctors or therapists without relief?

By improving muscle tissue health and reducing nerve entrapment before surgery, the body is in a significantly better position to handle the load after the joint is compromised. Surgeons have noted that patients who do this recover remarkably fast compared to those who don’t.

And in some cases, addressing the tissue first means surgery isn’t necessary yet at all.

If surgery is unavoidable, the protocol is to start weekly treatments four weeks post-op for 12 weeks to manage femoral nerve entrapment and prevent further complications.

Either way, the tissue has to be addressed.

Adhesion release permanently removes it. No surgery required to start. US-based providers trained in the method are available nationwide.

Pain that wraps around your side and into your back is usually not coming from where it hurts.

The iliacus sits on the front of the pelvis and attaches to the iliac crest. When adhesion builds up there, it pulls on the posterior superior iliac spine and creates a rotational problem that sends pain wrapping around the side and into the back.

Most providers treat where the pain is. The iliacus is almost never assessed.

Until that adhesion is removed and the rotation problem is corrected, the wrapping pain keeps coming back.

Comment “BACK” if your pain wraps around your side.

If you’ve treated the thigh, knee, and calf and still can’t get lasting relief, the problem might be higher up than you think.

The femoral and lateral femoral nerves originate at L2, L3, and L4 – deep in the abdomen. When adhesion builds up around those nerve roots in the belly, it affects everything downstream. The thigh, the knee, the calf all stay loaded no matter how much work gets done on them directly.

Until the source is addressed, the leg pain keeps coming back.

Adhesion release permanently removes it. No surgery. No medication. US-based providers trained in the method are available nationwide.

✅ Had hamstring pain for 6+ months?

✅ Seen 3+ doctors or therapists without relief?

That hamstring that never fully heals might not be a muscle problem.

When adhesion forms around the sciatic nerve in the hamstring, the tissue gets stuck and can’t repair itself. Shockwave breaks down the adhesion and drives stem cells into the damaged tissue to kickstart healing.

Stretching and rest won’t remove adhesion. Until it’s gone, the tightness keeps coming back.

Adhesion release permanently removes it. No surgery. No medication. US-based providers trained in the method are available nationwide.
