We wanted to make everyone aware that we will be moving to a new EHR system for your medical care. So please be on the look out for an email from Hello Health. It is the new portal to access your records, send refill requests, message/text the providers and the staff. If you have any questions, please contact the clinic.

Good afternoon everyone. I hope everyone is safe from the weather. Unfortunately due to flooding, the clinic will also be closed this afternoon. As a reminder, we are reachable by phone, 337-222-5524, for telehealths and any concerns. We will be back in office tomorrow morning at 8am.

Due to the severe rainfall that our area is receiving, the DeQuincy clinic will be closed tomorrow morning. We will reassess the weather before lunch to know what the steps will be for tomorrow afternoon. We will still be accessible by phone and are offering telehealth appointments. All appointments who cannot be seen by telehealth will be rescheduled. The staff will be reaching out to our patients about their appointment. You can contact the clinic by calling 337-222-5524.
