Derby Emotional Wellness now offering Accelerated Resolution Therapy
“Keep the Knowledge, Lose the Pain”

ART is a evidenced-based treatment for rapid recovery from trauma and other mental health problems which include: anxiety, depression, family issues, OCD, PTSD, addictions, performance anxiety,poor self image, sexual abuse, relationship issues, grief, and more.

ART works to deprogram distressing images and memories which have been stored in your brain and trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. The client erases the old images and rewrites their story through reconsolidation, changing the physiological response to the memory.
Positive memories are reinforced and new information can be assimilated to rapidly restore one’s functioning and health.

Takes healing beyond desensitization to POSITIZATION
