At Planetree, we love celebrating the incredible people who make person-centered care a reality! That's why we launched the Employee Spotlight series.

Today, we're celebrating Natasha Poylin, PCC Consultant, Americas, who joined the team last July.

💡 What She Does
Natasha partners with healthcare organizations across North America to help them build and sustain person-centered care. She supports clients as they put Planetree's Framework for Excellence into action and as they work toward Person-Centered Care Certification®.

❤️ What She Loves About Her Job
Natasha is inspired by how this role brings together everything she has built her career around. With 15+ years of clinical experience, she knows firsthand what patients and families need at the bedside. Her MHA and hospital leadership background add a strategic understanding of what's happening on the ground in healthcare. Now, she helps organizations build person-centered care in a deliberate, sustainable way, so it doesn't depend on individual clinicians or units to get it right on their own. For Natasha, it's a chance to take everything she's seen work and turn it into structure that lasts.
