Up next is our one and only Speech Therapist!

I’m Kelsey, a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) here at 3PT! I’m married to our PTA, Keegan, and together we have our son, Bryce.

I’m originally from Hornbeck, but we’ve recently planted permanent roots right here in Rosepine and we’re so excited to call this community home! 🏡

I’ve been an SLP for almost 5 years and have had the opportunity to work with individuals across all ages and stages of life. These days, my heart is especially drawn to play-based therapy, where we use a child’s interests, curiosity, and natural desire to play to build meaningful communication skills.

My favorite part of this job is watching my patients’ confidence grow right alongside their communication! 🫶🏼

When I’m not at the clinic, you can usually find me chasing my busy toddler, tending to my chickens, or soaking up some time outdoors. 🐓🌿

I feel so lucky to do what I love, and I can’t wait to keep helping our little ones find their voices, build confidence, and reach their full potential!

I’m originally from Singer and currently live in Sugartown. I’m a proud wife and mom of six, and a dedicated office manager at 3PT. Life for me is a little bit of everything: family, work, sports, and keeping a million things moving at once!

Between managing a busy physical therapy office and keeping up with six kids and all their activities, there’s rarely a dull moment — and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

As the office manager, I’m usually behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly — from keeping the office organized and helping our patients feel welcomed, to supporting our amazing therapists and staff. Outside of the office, my favorite role is being a Mom. I’m so grateful to be part of the 3PT! 🧡

Next up is Bayli!! 🤍

I was born and raised in DeRidder, Louisiana. After high school, I continued my softball career at the University of Arkansas–Rich Mountain, where I played college softball. I later attended LSU before finding my passion for massage therapy and graduating from massage therapy school.

Today, I’m proud to work as both a Physical Therapy Technician and Massage Therapist. I’m not your typical massage therapist—I specialize in a more clinical and sports-focused approach, with an emphasis on recovery, mobility, relieving muscle tension, and helping clients feel and perform their best. I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and one of my favorite parts of my job is meeting new people, hearing their stories, and being a part of their journey toward feeling better and reaching their goals. I love knowing that the work I do can make a difference in someone’s day and their overall recovery.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my fiancé, Cody, my family, and the people I love most. I enjoy traveling, making memories, experiencing new places, and enjoying all the little moments with the people who mean the most to me.

Our next employee is Mary Grace!

Mary Grace is a Physical Therapy Technician here at 3PT. She is a originally from Oakdale, Louisiana, and now lives in DeRidder, Louisiana. She is a graduate of East Beauregard High School and is currently furthering her education at McNeese State University, where she is studying Radiologic Technology, and SOWELA Technical Community College, where she is studying Surgical Technology.

One of Mary Grace’s favorite parts of working at 3 PT is meeting new patients and getting to know them while working with them. She enjoys building connections with patients and being part of their experience throughout therapy.

When she isn’t working or studying, Mary Grace loves spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family—whenever she can find some free time between school and work!

Introducing our newest employee 🫶🏻

Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m from Longville, Louisiana, and a proud graduate of South Beauregard High School. I’m so excited to be working at 3PT and beginning this new chapter in my career. I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and becoming a part of such a great team.

Outside of my role here, I’m also a licensed esthetician and a proud mom of two wonderful children. Being a mom and spending time with my family is very important to me. I’ve always enjoyed working with people, building connections, learning new things, and helping others feel their best.

I’m excited for the opportunities ahead and can’t wait to get to know everyone at 3PT! I’m grateful to be here and look forward to growing both personally and professionally in my new position. 🧡🩶
