Center for Life Management is a non-profit community mental health agency that has served the people and communities of Southern NH for more than 50 years.

CLM provides comprehensive mental health services including psychiatric treatment, counseling, medication services, case management and community support services, 24-hour emergency service, and family support services for adults, children, adolescents and families. In addition, we work closely with a variety of regional health and human service providers to ensure that your mental health care is comprehensive, integrated and community-based.

We offer several ways to participate:
🧦Buy socks and bring them to any CLM offices where Drop boxes will be located.
🌐Order socks online and have them mailed directly to the CLM Housing Dept, 10 Tsienneto Road, Derry NH, 03038.
💵Make a monetary donation online. Select “Socktober” in the options and we will buy them for you!

Center for Life Management has expanded clinical treatment options with the launch of a state-of-the-art Depression Center.

The Depression Center is a place of hope, healing, and innovative treatment for individuals with major depressive disorder. It offers comprehensive evidence-based therapeutic approaches and advanced treatment options designed to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Our specialized services include: Individual and Group Therapy, Medication Management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato Medical Intervention.

CLM Staff Spotlight: Nicholas Blair, Analytics and Informatics Specialist
Since joining CLM, Nicholas has helped turn complex data into meaningful information that staff and leaders can use to improve programs, streamline workflows, track key performance indicators, and make informed decisions.

Working across data, technology, finance, operations, and clinical services, Nicholas brings a collaborative approach to every project. For him, the value of data isn’t simply in the numbers. It’s in how that information can help our teams better understand needs and ultimately better support the people we serve.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys fitness, music theory, and percussion. He’s also a new homeowner and dad who is looking forward to creating holiday memories with his young daughter.

Thank you, Nicholas, for the expertise, curiosity, and commitment you bring to CLM every day. We’re grateful for the work you do behind the scenes to help move our agency forward!

TOMORROW, Saturday, October 24th is National Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Prescription Drug Take Back Day!

Take Back Day provides the community with a safe and legal way to dispose of unused or expired prescription medications, over the counter medicine, and opioid medication.

The Atkinson, Chester, Derry, Plaistow, and Salem Police Departments, along with Kimball Safety Complex, South Central Public Health Network, and Southern Rockingham Coalition for Healthy Youth will all be taking part in the DEA Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

Simply visit one of their locations from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, October 24th to drop off your medications.

New England Deaf Peer Support is hosting its first meeting on November 6, 2026 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Manchester GSIL office located at 60 Rogers St., Ste 209.

CLM is now offering Spravato - a new treatment option for patients suffering from depression.

Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, a medication derived from ketamine, which works differently from standard antidepressants.

Instead of targeting serotonin or dopamine like many common medications, Spravato acts on glutamate, the most abundant neurotransmitter in the brain, helping to restore healthy communication between brain cells and improve mood more rapidly than conventional treatments.
