Whether we're in Iowa City, Des Moines (or anywhere around the central Iowa region), there's no place like Optimae. This annual leadership conference was such a blast for all of us! Between little 'toto', the amazing speakers, almost learning how to juggle, and of course, learning some amazing leadership skills along the way. As we recognize National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we wanted to recognize and are especially grateful for organizations like Garden Gate Ranch that empower women to heal, grow and thrive against domestic violence.

We had the pleasure of visiting Garden Gate Ranch in March to learn more about the incredible work they are doing to enable vulnerable women and children in our communities to thrive.

At Optimae, we believe everyone deserves to live with dignity, respect and hope, and no one should be defined or limited by past experiences. Looks like some of our Central Iowa team was successfully able to follow the yellow brick road all the way to our annual Leadership conference! Day 1 seems to have been a wicked fun time, so hopefully we get some more fun pictures over the next couple of days!
