Get ready for a spooky morning filled movement, creativity, mindfulness, and slime! Happy Heart Yoga & Wellness is teaming up with Slime Kitchen for a special Halloween-themed experience designed just for kids. We’ll start with a playful kids yoga class, then head into the kitchen for an hour of hands-on spooky slime-making fun.
