This week marks 8 years of Balanced Health & Allergy! 🤍

I truly love being able to help everyone who walks through our doors.

I am a mom, wife, and nurse who is passionate about helping people—especially children with allergies—while still being present for my own family. That's why Balanced Health & Allergy has intentionally remained a small office. It allows me to have the best of both worlds: helping others while my children are at school and spending time with my family when they are home.

I know scheduling can sometimes be challenging because of this, and I am so grateful that my clients have always understood my "why"—kids and family time.

Over the years, I have expanded the services offered, adding Red Light Therapy, Biofeedback, PEMF, and InBody assessments to complement NAET treatments. From the very beginning in June 2018—a small room inside a hair salon on Ingersoll—to our beautiful, spacious location on Hubbell today, the mission has remained the same:

✨ Help others.
✨ Make children feel comfortable and at home in the office.
✨ Provide care with compassion and purpose.
