🧠 Did you know that Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) is the most common form of dementia for people under 60?
You might have heard about FTD recently through high-profile diagnoses like Bruce Willis and Wendy Williams. FTD hits families during the prime of life, impacting personality, behavior, language, and movement. Unlike other forms of dementia, memory loss isn't always the first symptom, making it exceptionally tough to diagnose and navigate.
On Saturday, September 19th, the very first national Walk for FTD – Des Moines: A New Path is coming right here to central Iowa at Terra Park in Johnston!
We are walking to fund critical research, raise awareness, and support families navigating this journey.
