The Iowa PCA is hosting free Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) for law enforcement and first responders, facilitated by SolutionPoint +, LLC. This five-day, in-person training is designed to strengthen skills in responding to behavioral health crises through practical, treatment-focused approaches.

📍 June 22–26 | Waukee

Participants will take part in realistic scenarios that build confidence and hands-on experience in de-escalation and crisis response.

Due to low registration, the Iowa PCA has cancelled the Iowa Healthy Hometowns in-person General and School-Based Technical Assistance sessions scheduled for Friday, June 5, 2026, at the DeWitt Community Center.

We had a fun and productive week.
