We wanted to say thank you to all that have been gracious enough to donate their lightly used shoes to Homeless Veterans Stand Down, especially to those from my network group. If are still wanting to donate and show appreciation to our vets, you have another week left to bring your shoes to the office. The homeless vets will appreciate it so much. The shoe drive will end on July 2nd.

We wanted to let everyone know that if you had planned on participating in our shoe drive and didn't get around to dropping your donations off, we are happy to announce that we are extending the shoe drive until July 2nd. Please let's celebrate our veterans with your donations!!! Thank you!!!

As I mentioned last week, we have joined forces with Homeless Veterans Stand Down, Inc by hosting a shoe drive here in our office. As promised, here is a picture of the donations that have come in. Please join us in helping our Homeless vets. They need our help! You can drop off your donations during our normal businss hours.

We are announcing that we are joining forces with Stand Down for Homeless Vets by sponsoring a shoe drive for the men and women who fought for the freedoms that we are fortunate to have. Please join us in helping the vets by donating lightly worn and new shoes, sneakers, boots, etc. for men and women. They can be dropped off at our office at 3613 Beaver Ave. Des Moines, IA 50310 during our normal business hours. We will have a donation box in the waiting room that you can place your donations in. We are not accepting any monetary donations. We will sponsor the shoe drive until Friday May 22nd before Memorial Day. We will keep you all posted as to the progress of the shoe drive.

💥 DO NOT pop your blisters!

While it may be hard to resist, it is important to let blisters on your foot heal. A popped blister can get bacteria in it and lead to infection. 🤮 YUK!
