Hydrafacial? More like GUYdrafacial. (⚠️Dad jokes incoming)

Guys love the service that’s a power wash, orbital sander, shop vac, and super protective satin finish all in one. Skin feels smotherer, degunked, and with reduced signs of aging. Plus, the service feels really great!

Have a beard? We will work around it with the machine and cleanse and treat the skin under the beard manually.

Shave? Please shave the day before, not the day of. This reduces sensitivity but still allows optimal treatment for your skin.

We are offering a limited number of weekday Hydrafacial services (all gender) in June with our apprentices that include a FREE power serum booster (customized for your skin and goals) with LED therapy and a hydrating hand treatment. Call to request these. Our apprentices are in training for their esthetics licenses (or are estheticians gaining experience with Hydrafacial) and a licensed esthetician will be on hand to advise if needed!

Welcome our newest LMT, Dani Rostvet 💚

Dani (she/her), is a licensed massage therapist who started her career in Nebraska, working in spas for 6 years before moving to Iowa. Dani grew up in rural Nebraska where she was active in 4-H, and highly competitive in volleyball. Both of these have shaped her interests today. She discovered massage therapy as a career when looking into options to help people with pain and injuries, minus the huge time and financial investment of physical therapy school. When she’s not caring for clients, she loves caring for and riding horses, especially Icelandic horses. She also stays active in volleyball however she can, whether playing or coaching. Dani is a great choice for people seeking a light to medium pressure massage and is available Monday-Thursdays from 10-1.

Kirstie now offers Somatic yoga therapy 1:1 sessions at East Village Spa!

During a yoga 1:1, Kirstie will identify movement patterns holding you back, release chronically tight muscles, reactivate underused ones, and build a home practice that is sustainable to your life and needs.

Sessions start with a review of your intake form (strongly advised to do a couple days in advance so Kirstie can make the best use of your session time) and a postural assessment.

During your session Kirstie will identify breathing patterns and help learn ways to breathe in a way that allows your nervous system and body to function at a higher capacity.

To book, click “Yoga 1:1” in our online booking system or call! You’ll schedule and do your intake forms just like you would to book a massage. Plan to wear comfortable clothing, Kirstie will have a mat and all the accessories you’ll need at the spa!
