Sometimes your mind feels like it’s carrying everything at once...sadness, worry, anger, loneliness, confusion, anxiety, and the pressure to somehow keep functioning through all of it.
Mental health isn’t about never feeling these things. It’s about learning how to understand what you’re feeling, recognize what your nervous system is telling you, and build healthier ways to cope instead of staying stuck in the overwhelm.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, sort through the noise, and begin making sense of what feels tangled.
💛 It’s okay to feel.
💛 It’s okay to need support.
💛 And it’s okay to take care of your mental health.
