Full transparency, this time of year is a bit slow for my business. Last week two people paid and only one showed up.

I get it, there are lots of graduations, last days of school, kids returning from college. Everyone is busy.

But this hectic time is the perfect time for you to carve out just one hour of self-care by attending a sound bath.

People tell me they sleep so well the night after my sound bath. If that sounds good to you, I hope to see you tomorrow or next week 😊
