This weekend was a reminder that joy doesn’t have to be complicated♥️

My bestie and I spent a couple days wandering around Portland with absolutely no agenda beyond finding delight wherever it happened to be hiding. We played Book Bingo with Portland Book Week - explored a bunch of incredible indie bookstores, got lost in vintage shops, ate delicious food, sipped yummy drinks, wandered through Happy Alley PDX and basically said “yes” to every little adventure that crossed our path

No productivity! No hustle! Just two grown-ass women collecting tiny moments of happiness like shiny rocks

A gentle reminder to schedule more play into your life. Go wander. Get the fancy drink. Visit the weird little shop. Buy the book. Take the detour. Joy is usually waiting somewhere just outside your routine.

Pride in Bend was such a joyful celebration! 🌈✨

We started the day at Pride in the Park with some seriously delicious waffles, then got to play in the Lyra hoop with from (which was every bit as fun as it sounds!)Then we headed out for a fabulous burlesque show (seriously so so damn good .bon.burlesque ) and dance party ♥️

I love celebrating love, community, authenticity, and the freedom to be exactly who you are. Pride is a celebration, but it’s also a reminder that everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported- not just in June, but all year long. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Now I’m gonna go read lol - I’m exhausted 🤪

Happy National Best Friend Day to the most wonderful humans I know!!!! ♥️♥️♥️

30 years of friendship feels magical- We’ve grown up together, survived awkward phases, heartbreaks, celebrations, bad decisions, good decisions, and inside jokes that make no sense to anyone else.

I know how incredibly lucky I am to have friendships that have lasted this long. These people are my people- The kind who show up, tell you when you’re being ridiculous, hype you up when you need it, and make every adventure more fun.

Honestly, sometimes I love them so much it makes me angry. 😂

Thanks for 30 years of memories, laughter, chaos, and unconditional love. Here’s to many more!!
