A big thank you to Breeze Hospice of Missouri for bringing the excitement of the races to our residents with a fun-filled horse racing event! 🐎🌹With the Kentucky Derby earlier this month, we didn’t want our residents to miss out on all the fun and tradition. From cheering on their favorite horses to enjoying time together, it was an afternoon full of smiles, laughter, and friendly competition. We truly appreciate Breeze Hospice for creating such a special experience for everyone! ❤️

Today we wrapped up National Skilled Nursing Care Week with a fun luau outside! 🌺☀️
We enjoyed a dunking booth, water balloon fights, grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, music, laughter, and lots of time spent together enjoying the beautiful weather.
A huge thank you to Gentiva Hospice, Preferred Hospice, Legacy Hospice, our amazing staff, especially dietary and maintenance, Eddie for the music, Fire Truck Ministries , and Brandi’s sister, Crystal for taking pictures and helping capture all the wonderful memories from today. ❤️ we have so many great pictures, get ready for more posts to cover them all!

In our nursing centers, every interaction is an opportunity to bring dignity, comfort, and trust to our patients. When we address someone by their name, we remind them they are seen, valued, and known. When we introduce ourselves and clearly explain why we're there, we reduce anxiety, build confidence, and create a sense of safety.
