If you or someone you know is in crisis, please call or text 988 to reach the Su***de and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reaching out is a sign of strength, and support is just a call away.

Each August, National Wellness Month encourages people to prioritize their own well-being. While wellness is often associated with healthy eating, exercise and other forms of self-care, true wellness is broader. It may encompass lifestyle habits, relationships and daily choices that influence how we think, feel and function.

July is Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the unique challenges many individuals from underserved communities face when seeking mental health care.

Mental health affects everyone, but barriers such as limited access to care, stigma, cultural differences, and systemic disparities can make it harder for some to get the support they deserve. By listening, learning, and encouraging open conversations, we can help create a future where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to seek help.

No matter your background, you deserve compassionate, quality mental health care. We are here for you.
