It doesn’t break through the ground for 5 years, but once it breaks through, it can grow up to 100 feet in 5 weeks. The growth appears effortless but is the result of years of effort below the surface.

The Paradox of Effort teaches us that it is only through the consistent compounding of small daily actions that we can ever hope to deliver exceptional, effortless performances. It is the basis of the butterfly effect, where a small stimulus leads to a massive amplification effect. Light and magnetism together causes time to move this way.

Nature has a certain effortless elegance, almost a nonchalance, in exceptional performance that is completely absent in great performance. This idea woven into Nature is why there is wisdom in every morning looking to the East as the sun rises while we are connected to Earth's magnetic field.

Health and vitality can never be understood as long as the gap between complicated and complex systems is not bridged. Centralized medicine must take more of a decentralized approach to health if we are to forward our capacity to fight tissue entropy.

Nobody tells you what it actually found.

1987 JAMA paper. 30-year follow-up. People whose cholesterol FELL had higher death rates. Not lower. Higher.

Each 1 mg/dL drop per year = 11% higher death rate. 14% higher cardiovascular death.

After 50, falling cholesterol didn’t save lives. It predicted who died next.

The researchers weren’t even sure why. They floated it might be hidden illness driving cholesterol down, not the other way round.

That uncertainty got dropped. The “get your cholesterol down” message did not.

The famous “healthy” targets everyone quotes? Never came from Framingham. They came later, from committees, then got glued onto the original study like it proved them.

It didn’t. It’s sitting in JAMA, public, unread, since 1987.

Go check it yourself before you argue about it with your centralized MDs or re**rd army.

A great way to poison a human is to remove any hardship or struggle from his life. One of the most essential things for any leader is never letting anyone else define who you are and what you choose.

Being unconventional does not mean the idea of a Bitcoin world cannot work. Unconventional means the prescription has not made it into conventional economic textbooks.

This is what decentralized money is and the recent data in El Salvador are showing the world; you better pay deep attention to Black Swan events in the fiat world that are coming in your environment. Fiat is being made unfavorable by the trends of modern human networking in the decentralized finance world.

Dr. Alton Ochsner opened his own hospital after he was fired as head of Surgery at Tulane University. He was hired by the FBI and a consultant and then brought on a as a CIA asset by Rockefeller. When he was elected President of the American Cancer Society in October 1949 and served his term into 1950 he had Rockefefeller OSS liason Wild Bill Donovan installed as his handler.

During his time leading the Amercian Cancer Organization, William J. Donovan was the chairman of the board. Right after his term he began research into the polio virus and worked with Cutter Pharmaceuticals. Many MDs were taught to believe Ochsner utilized his national platform to aggressively warn the public about the rapidly accelerating dangers of cigarette smoking and its direct link to lung cancer. Few know that he injected two of his grandchildren with live polio virus and killed one and paralyzed the other. Because of this error the he began the original GAIN OF FUNCTION research on polio that gave us the first SV40 polio contamination that the CIA tried to kill Castro with using Lee Harvey Oswald as the CIA agent to deliver the bioweapon in Cuba in ci**rs.

The William J. Donovan who served alongside Alton Ochsner at the American Cancer Society is indeed Major General William "Wild Bill" Donovan, the famous World War I hero, founder of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS = pre CIA agency) during WWII, and the widely recognized "Father of Central Intelligence."

After WWII, he actively lent his immense national prestige to high-profile public causes for Rockefeller, including running the 1950 fundraising crusade for the American Cancer Society.Donovan’s ties to both the Rockefeller family and the Dulles brothers were forged through the tight-knit circles of mid-20th-century American intelligence, law, and corporate power.

The relationship between Wild Bill Donovan and Allen Dulles (who later became the Director of the CIA and help kill JFK) was deeply intertwined through wartime espionage and institutional rivalry:

Boss and Subordinate: During World War II, Donovan ran the OSS and recruited Allen Dulles to serve as a top intelligence operative. Donovan appointed Dulles as the OSS chief in Bern, Switzerland, where Dulles famously orchestrated Operation Paperclip and Operation Sunrise, the secret negotiations for the surrender of German forces in Northern Italy.

The Blueprint for the CIA: After the OSS was temporarily dissolved after the war, General Groves tasked Allen Dulles, alongside other intelligence elites, to evaluate American intelligence operations. While Allen Dulles heavily relied on the institutional "central intelligence" model Donovan created, Dulles and his brother John Foster Dulles politically maneuvered around Donovan for Groves who was pushed outside of Washinton DC by Eisenhower. When the CIA was officially formed in 1947, Donovan was passed over for the leadership role, which eventually went to Allen Dulles in 1953.

Donovan's links to the Rockefeller empire spanned philanthropic missions, corporate real estate, and fierce geopolitical turf wars:

Early Philanthropy: Long before WWII, in 1915, Donovan traveled to Europe as a member of a Rockefeller Foundation commission tasked with delivering food and milk relief to starving children in war-torn Poland. this was done to gain info on the Boleshviks working with the Rothschilds who eventually paid Trotsky to kill the Czar Nicolas.

Intelligence Turf Wars: During World War II, Donovan clashed bitterly with Nelson Rockefeller (who later became Governor of New York and Vice President).

Nelson Rockefeller was appointed by FDR as the Coordinator of Inter-American Affairs (CIAA), running intelligence and propaganda in Latin America. Donovan repeatedly tried to push his OSS spies into South America, leading to legendary arguments where Donovan reportedly threatened to throw Rockefeller out of a window during a dispute over their respective intelligence domains.

Rockefeller Center Headquarters: Despite their personal friction, Donovan’s intelligence operations were physically anchored in Rockefeller property where he could be controlled. He established the New York headquarters of both the Coordinator of Information (COI) and the wartime OSS inside Rockefeller Center (specifically Room 3603), working closely with British intelligence out of the same complex.
