Every exercise has a purpose.
This one usually gets a few funny looks.
“Why are they training their necks?”
Because modern life asks a lot of it.
Hours spent looking down at phones, computers, and steering wheels can leave the neck stiff, deconditioned, and moving less than it should. For many people, that also means the upper traps end up doing more work than they need to.
So we train it.
Not because everyone needs a bigger neck.
But because building a stronger, more resilient body means paying attention to the areas modern life tends to neglect.
That’s how we coach.
Every exercise has a purpose.
